Very disappointed. I ordered takeout, Fish & Chips and got a smattering of soggy fries covered up with a few pieces of haddock that was left in the fryer too long. The fish was great – after peeling away the crunchy crust. The Cole slaw barely filled half the small container and we got so few fries, we thought we were robbed for what it cost. The pictures are of the food immediately after taking off the lids. See for yourself. 16 – year-old son loved the Eastover Buffalo chicken pizza, but for $23.99 he was still hungry after eating the whole thing.

So many elements came together to make our dining experience a memorable one. The restaurant’s atmosphere is very warm, the team was attentive, and the pizza was simply tremendous. And all this was topped off by excellent live jazz music. Can’t ask for much more than this!

Excellent food and great service. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The chef stopped out to make sure we were happy with our meals, and their beer selection has great variety and local options.

Worst service ever! While visiting family for the holidays a local friend just gushed over the the food so we decided to go. Hostess was great,so far so good. The Monday “crowd” was non existent so we had the place to ourselves. Ordered a simple pizza.came out completely wrong. The bartender never apologized or even acknowledged a mistake was made..in fact he went out of his way to make us feel responsible.even the owner came out of no where to chastise us for expressing are concern for a wrong order in an empty restaurant. The chef finally came out and tried to make it right, kudos to him. But the damage was done.nice place, good food I’ve heard. Service ruins it all. Too bad

This venue is changing its name to Brick’s, as the owners have sold the business. Our experience was sorely lacking. The tomato sauce on the chicken parm tasted like it had been boiling all day. The coating was not good. Meat was ok.

It was a pretty good restaurant! The pizza and the baked Mac n Cheese was very good. Would definitely recommend for dinner and the service was also great too! Most of us enjoyed our meals but no one hated their food.

One of my worst restaurant experiences. Our dishes were dirty, we brought that to our servers attention. I think when they brought the dishes back they just wiped them off because they’re a little bit of what appeared to be toilet paper on them. We were uncomfortable enough to take our food to go because we did not want to use those dishes. Also the salad bar had a strange odor emanating from it. The food was almost acceptable, but the sanitation issue was disturbing. Neither my date nor I are ever going to go back to that restaurant

Had a slight order error, and while we waited, Kim took my 5 yr old to check out the kitchen and grab some “snacks” came back with a plate of shrimp. She was super awesome! Patient and kind. Our server Rebecka was busy but sweet, she was new and still trying to learn the menu but couldnt have been better about going to ask about anything quick and prompt. My only issue was the impatience of my own family lol

The Rainbow Restaurant in Pittsfield, MA was just excellent! The food was hot and delicious and the server was friendly and attentive. My husband and I stopped for lunch after attending the library book sale. It was not crowded, and we had a nice, relaxing meal. I ordered the Angus burger which was cooked medium rare, and my husband had the flat bread pizza- very tasty. The prices were moderate and the portion sizes just right for lunch. Enjoy!

We went here for lunch on our trip to Pittsfield and we were blown away! And we were blown away first it’s very rare to find smelts on a menu, but they were actually perfect! They were exactly as I remember them being on Christmas Eve with my family. Then we had the bacon and gruyere cheese dip and it blew us away! We also had the calamari and we were very pleased with that as well. The wait staff was very nice and very accommodating we can’t wait to come back up here to visit and come back to this restaurant it was absolutely fantastic!!!
