It was really great to hear that Rain has re-opened recently, being a new riverside condo owner right next door. While the menu is temporarily somewhat limited, the food is excellent and the local craft beer selection, worthy! (friendly bartender, Ryan, remembered my name and favorite brew on my second visit!).

This is a nice neighborhood bar and grill. They have a full bar, a few good beers, and a limited menu. Though the menu is limited, they do a really good job preparing the food, it’s really good. We’ve been there a few times with friends and have never been disappointed with the food. I’ve seen other reviews where people have complained about the service but we’ve always found the service to be friendly and helpful. Another review complained about having to park on the street, but there’s a nice big parking lot behind Rain. It’s a good place to go for couples or groups of friends, and we’ll definitely be back.

Great Location! VERY friendly staff. I had the Thai chicken pizza which was delicious and a unique take on pizza. Perfect amount of spice. Would be great if there were more vegetarian options as my party included several vegetarians, but overall an enjoyable experience. Will definitely be back.

Our second visit. Another very pleasant and tasty meal. This time, our server aas Grace. Nice young lady. Second verse same as the first. The grilled tomatoes were very tasty. I suspect this will be a regular spot for us to frequent.

Nice little neighborhood bar and grill. Relaxed atmosphere, Good Cesar salad and tasty pizza. Beer selection could be better but not bad I like Oakshire Amber. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Not the upscale restaurant on the other end of town. That’s a totally different place. We will go again.

I had an amazing day at Rain Bar & Grill. Hannah the bartender was very courteous and helpful with my drink selection. I decided on an old favorite. A Bloody Mary. The best Bloody Mary I’ve ever had. I had a Reuben sandwich. Very very good. I will comeback again because of their friendly bartender and relaxed atmosphere.

We love the Rain Bar and come here on Saturdays just to hang out with Hannah and several other friends we have met from here!!! Hannah is hard working and going to nursing school to make a better life for her and her daughter! The drinks are very special as well as the food… pizza and soups are awesome!! The bar tender was Hannah and she was a very good bartender. Sold me on the special for the night. Her drinks were the best I’ve had. She made sure to keep my water full in between my alcoholic drinks and she was very caring. It’s like she had a hospitality that you’d see in a mom and pop type dinner.

Nice, quiet, local bar and grill. We didn’t feel welcomed there by the only employee that we saw who happened to be the bartender. She had her hands full. She did welcome the regulars by name and we were finally acknowledged with our drinks. We were there for drink specials but was charged full price for our microbrew and pbr… Seating outside was great, spacious and inviting.
