Went to Railroad diner with some friends for their Saturday afternoon Blues Jam. Had a great time. The food was pretty good, well cooked and seasoned. Drinks were great. The bartender she had a nice heavy pour. It was really cool that they let any musician get up on stage and jam. Lisbon has a few talented musicians out here. Can’t wait to go again.

Didn’t get to dine at all. Called them at supper time on a Thursday night and after 5 calls with no answer, they picked up the phone and hung up. Number 7, they answered and said the kitchen is closed. Won’t bother trying them again.

Went for breakfast. Food was okay / decent. Nice thick slice of ham on the breakfast sandwich which was nice. All in all what you would expect from a small local joint that seems to have been there forever. Decor could for sure use an update, and getting water in a solo cup was a bit odd but otherwise food was fairly priced. Worth a stop if hungry.

Stopped in on the way out of town. Limited seating but never an empty table. Waitress was very friendly and enthusiastic. Ordered the freight train omelet (should be called train wreck omelet) complete with jalapeños. Absolutely fabulous. Loved the flavor and there was plenty to eat. If their dinners are as good you should go.

They either won’t answer or will answer just to say the kitchen is closed.

Best fried clams hands down! All of their food is awesome, the fresh haddock sandwiches are amazing. We’ve eaten seafood platters all over the area and they have the best ones for miles!

Upon entrance we were made to feel like an inconvenience. Then after having been seated we waited about 8-10 minutes for our menus. We placed our orders for to 2 burger baskets simple enough to make. It took them 45 minutes to return to our table with our food. The burgers and fries were amazing but not enough to make up for the lack of customer service. No one should ever feel unwanted especially when you are a paying customer . DON’T RECOMMEND !!

Tuna sandwich which comes on toast was very skimpy, mostly mayo and toast was stone cold, french fries were lukewarm not hot, my appetizer sampler was good but my french fries were also lukewarm at best. Service was friendly but slow however I understand the server was working alone. Maybe someone called in sick or just a no show. We’ll give them another try if we are back in the area.
