Very poor service. Wait staff doesn’t want to be there. Waitress asked us if we want our check while we were still eating; didn’t refill our drinks; didn’t ask if we wanted more drinks when we finished ours; didn’t clear dirty plates; didn’t ask if we wanted dessert. Friday prime dinnertime and there were only 3 tables filled. No wonder why. We won’t be back.

Food average. Service was horrible. Waitress tried to give us our checks when half done with our meal. 7 girls…bday night out. No drink refills. Never offered more alcoholic drinks, never offered dessert. Lousy. Won’t be back

Our server was nice but didn’t check on us. Food was very cold. I got a Buffalo Chicken wrap the only good thing was the side of ranch. Our sweet potato fries were cold. My Hubby got the Labster Ravioli they were frozen not fresh and cold. My daughter’s pizza was the only hot thing on our table it was ok. My son got the spaghetti it was cold and the meatball was weird. We got the cookie skillet thinking you can’t go wrong with that well we were wrong it was raw our kids couldn’t even eat it. We we’re also one of two tables It was empty in the restaurant. Service was very slow. Don’t waste your money.

Saturday evening , got table of 8 seated very quickly. We then proceeded to wait 25/35 minutes for server, 4 small children. Table next to us recommended we go somewhere else, so we did.

Food was was cold, didn’t taste good and was super expensive. I had low expectations, it’s a bowling alley… but it really sucked. Waitress was kinda mean and forgot to bring stuff out.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I came here with a group of 3 other people and we were seated relatively quickly, but after we were given our drinks it took over 45 minutes for someone to ask if we were ready to order. There were four or five waitstaff around our table completely ignoring us that entire time. Two of us waited our entire meal to get our side of fries that was supposed to come WITH the meal. There was no communication from any member of waitstaff, which would have solved the entire problem. Instead, our actual server came by ONCE to ask if we needed refills, and was not the one who brought our food out. Meanwhile, tables that were seated after us were receiving service. The food was bland, but we waited so long that it was almost good. We spent an entire 2 hours here, almost all of it was wait time. Don’t waste your money or time.

Zone 28 is a great entertainment complex but Rail House has gone down hill. Rail House used to be a pretty good place. Descent menu, not expertly crafted food but tastier than other similar places. But the last time I was there I was very disappointed.

Had very poor service, took 20 minutes to get a menu. Tool another 15 minutes to get our drinks, two simple beers. Only three other tables seated at the time. Ordered the meatball hoagie and the server said “wow, this is the first time I saw someone order that.” That wasn’t a good sign, and wow was it terrible. My dining partner ordered a grill chicken salad and it came crispy and the chicken was half frozen. Would of complained but the server never came back until it was time for the bill, about 20 minutes after we were done. They gave us plastic silverware but other people had real silverware. Really bad experience and won’t ever eat there again.

We had a bday party here and afterward we wanted to eat some food with our immediate family. We stopped in the restaurant. What a mistake. The service is completely abysmal. There’s no kind way to say it, honestly. There was something horribly wrong with this slaw that was on the food. It was rancid. The manager stated that they had just made it that day and it shouldn’t be bad. Trust me it smelled like something out of the garbage. I have no idea how this place exists. Avoid at all costs!!

Horrible experience. Waitstaff was absolutely clueless and couldn’t help with simple requests. Waitress wasn’t 21 so couldn’t serve us alcohol and after being told someone else would deliver the alcohol for 15 minutes, we decided to go to the bar ourselves. Waited at the bar for 5+ minutes while being blatantly ignored by multiple servers including the “manager”. After waiting 1 hour for appetizers, we decided to cancel the food order so we could bowl. Took 10 minutes for someone to cash us out for 2 drinks. Went to the bowling alley and received way better service and appetizers within 20 minutes. Skip the restaurant and order food once you are seated at your lane.
