This is a quaint little cafe located in an unassuming shopping center. They have all the breakfast classics and I was a fan of the self serve coffee bar. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a breakfast restaurant do that before, and I really think they’re on to something. No more waiting on someone to come to your table and top off your coffee! The food itself was tasty and reasonably priced. Service was friendly and had a real family friendly environment. Definitely stop by this spot and give them a try!

This place consistently serves great food. The first time I went here was with my husband and we were pleasantly surprised by how great the breakfast was. It all tasted very home made. We also received great service the first time. When my sister and I decided to have a girls day, I took her here for brunch and the food was delicious, yet again. She ordered lunch and I ordered breakfast and they were both great. We also had another wonderful server. My husband is a pancake connoisseur and we definitely think these are some of the best pancakes around. The syrup is great as well and they always have fresh berries if you ask. I gave 4 stars only because the last time we went they were out of a few menu items. I definitely recommend and will continue to visit.

It started with an impromptu family get-together, and it ended up being a great surprise. Challah french toast, chorizo breakfast tacos, mouth-watering biscuits, and gravy, all served quickly and kindly by a genuinely friendly staff.

I wanted to try a new place for brunch with a friend and Rad’s was on my list for a long time. We landed rather late at 12:15 and the place was completely empty. Which was rather odd since it’s Saturday and many customers (just like me) love brunch or late brunch on weekends. I am assuming it could be cause of summers but it was definitely different.

My wife picked this spot and I must admit I was skeptical because I had never heard of the place. But I was pleasantly surprised. The place has a nice vibe and great decor. I didn’t expect that from the outside. I asked the waitress what was good she replied “everything” . I let it go after she explained that people call in about the breakfast street tacos, so I ordered them and was not disappointed. I will now be one of the people who call in to check the availability of the tacos. Service was outstanding, outside of suggesting something to eat . My wife ordered an omelette and it was very good. I suggest you try them out! I’m definitely going back.

Nice comfortable place… They put a little special twist on some items that raise them up from typical. Good value for money… House Coffee was delicious!

Really love this addition to the neighborhood. It’s a great breakfast/lunch place. Everything we’ve ordered here has been good (corned beef hash, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and french toast). They have paper on the table and give the kids crayons to draw with which is nice for us. We haven’t tried them, but the desserts look really good too.

My wife and I are avid breakfast/brunch fans. Every Saturday and Sunday you can find us at one of the usual Carmel area brunch spots whether we’re sitting outside or picking up. This is my personal favorite pick. The specials are unique and fantastic – try the Breakfast Street Tacos! My usual go-to is the chicken salad wrap and bean soup – the perfect guilt-free comfort food. Finally, the staff are all super friendly and personable which really rounds-out the experience.

I found this place looking for a small local breakfast shop. After reading some of the reviews, I decided to give this place a try. I entered to a fairly small dining room that was well-appointed with modern and bright decoration. I was greeted and offered coffee when I sat at the bar. I had the biscuits and gravy with the pork sausage and a caramel cream coffee. Both were delicious. The pork belly sausage is a little different in flavor, with notes of cinnamon and clove. I liked it very well. The eggs could’ve used a little more seasoning but weren’t bad. Same with the hashbrowns. I’d rather things be underseasoned than overseasoned. The Rooted Grounds coffee was also good, having a smooth flavor and the right amount of acidity. Steve (at least that was the server’s name listed on the receipt) was very friendly and offered good conversation while I ate. Overall, for about $15, it was a very good breakfast. I’ll definitely be back to try some of the other items on the menu.

I have always had a great breakfast at Rad’s. While I miss the amazing Veggie biscuits and gravy, I was more than happy to devour the Veggie Hash which had a perfect mix of steamed/sauteed veggies topped with eggs cooked to order (scrambled for me!). They also have amazing baked goods (best chocolate chip cookie I have ever had!)
