I had the half rack and my son had the brisket. We split the dinner and sides so we could both try. Ribs and brisket were meaty and well smoked. Tender and delicious. Nice sauce selection. Definitely go back again.

Turkey and chicken were delicious. Brisket was pretty much all fat. Shake had no flavor to it at all. Ribs were nice and meaty and had good taste even without any sauce. Really like the couple options in sauces I tried. Mac and cheese was also very good. The person that helped us at the counter seemed pretty annoyed we were taking a little longer to order since it was our first time there.

I’d like to graciously thank Mark and the Wednesday July 19th crew for going above and beyond to make me a pan of their legendary mac and cheese and the brisket beans on short notice. They could have turned me away since an order this size typically needs 24-48 hours in the food service industry though Mark asked if I could give him an hour to get everything ready. These sides were the star of the company pot luck luncheon. I’ve never had a bad meal here nor poor service. Order the Brisket Burger you’ll love it. Thank you Rack Shack.

Had catering for a birthday party. Rack Shack did not disappoint. Their food was excellent and working with the caterer was super easy. Everyone loved the bbq at the party! We had chopped brisket and pulled pork. It was excellent. Made for a wonderful party for a birthday. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Definitely would order again for my next event.

They were not busy but the service was great. Only took around 5 minutes to do my order. Ribs were pretty good. Lots of different sauces to choose from. They also have some tasty desserts. A few outdoor tables and adequate seating inside. The dining area and rest rooms were clean and well stocked. I will return if in the area again.
