Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ordered the cheese and bean burrito bc I wanted some food but not a lot. Turned out to be a lot heavier than I was told. The tortilla chips were nice and crunchy and the salsas ranged from spicy to mild. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for Mexican food!

You will not find another Mexican food place like this in Irvine. Irvine is lacking Mexican-authentic, picture-menu, “hole-in-the-wall” type burrito shops and Rachael’s is the closest thing to it. I love the breakfast burritos, the enchiladas, the flautas, and the carne asada burrito.

Walked in here today at around 12:45p. Wondering if it was post lunch rush “blues”. But they just got it wrong. Asked for certain things in my burrito to be done…actually asked for 1 thing to be done and judging from the woman that called my name and gave me my food it definitely didn’t matter that it wasn’t honored. Food was so so. Chicken in my burrito was either pre cooked warm up chicken or had been cooked days before. burrito was cold to the touch also. Won’t be coming back here.
