Loved our first experience at R&S. Wife had the shrimp Po-boy. I had Cod plate. Both were cooked well, tasted good, and generous in size. Played a game of checkers while waiting. Will be back.

Location is a little out of the mainstream traffic and storefront is rather plain. Turns out the restraunt has been here for years and was unknown to me. It was recommended by a friend, who was informed by a friend of his…recently. The food is wonderful and the prices very fair. What a surprise to find out Batesburg-Leesville has a seafood restraunt and a seafood market to buy fresh seafood. I will be eating here more often.

I didn’t give any details about the atmosphere because I never really notice it but I do notice the friendly people and the people here are definitely friendly! Very clean! My first time here but I definitely come back and sample more of their menu.

I honestly don’t like leaving mediocre reviews but.. the customer service here was great but the taste of the food just isn’t for me. Many others say it’s really good. Guess you’ll have to try it for yourself.

Finally stopped in after passing by for several years and picked up a fried cod platter, The first bite literally melted in my mouth! As soon as you walk in the door you can smell that good things are about to happen!! I look forward to working my way through the menu! I can’t believe it took me this long! Love the food, must visit place in Batesburg, if you love seafood. The alligator bites were super fresh, love the sugar on the sweet potato fries, shrimp was solid. I would definitely visit again.
