I dont think this is acceptable. I came back to tell the sandwich artist that it was burnt and uneatable. The asian lady just shruggs her shoulder and said: you clicked extra toasted…… its BURNT. I had to throw it away. Never coming back and my community wont eithier

Super disappointing coming here today. My family and I used to work at Quiznos and my mom managed one in Oregon for 10 years. My family and I were excited to come in and reminisce and get some good sandwiches. The customer service was horrible and just plain rude. They seem irritated and cleaning up when they still had 2 hours open. I don’t like coming someone where I feel a burden and that is exactly how we felt!

I did not have any issues at this location. The food was standard Quiznos fare: a quickly-created, decent sized sandwich. I ordered their chicken carbonara without mushrooms and they fulfilled my order with no issues. I do think they’re a little bit expensive for what you get, but I do like this chain better than Subway in terms of taste.

We came from a part of the US that doesn’t have Quiznos any longer so we were excited to find this location. When you walk in, it’s very not inviting. Seems dated. The pepper bar is all packed up still since Covid I am guessing, and it just seems so bare and paired down. Regular size fountain soda is up to $2.99 now and 20oz bottles are $3.49. We got the turkey club and the ham club. The bread seemed stale vs toasted. My husband asked for no tomato and got tomato. I asked to add peppers (banana and jalapeño) and got no peppers. The produce didn’t taste fresh. And the worst part was instead of nice bacon slices they used like bacon bits pieces? It was also $30 for two 12” deli sandwiches. No drinks chips or cookies added on there. Just 2 of the worst sandwiches we have had in years. Quiznos should investigate this franchise because it’s gone off the rails.

Save your money. Prices are EXCEEDINGLY greedy; go, literally, anywhere else. Charged for 2 tablespoons of Italian dressing that was ON the sandwich; charged $6 for 3 oz of meat; terribly small portions for veggies; bread was old and stale.

Went here cause I haven’t had Quiznos in like 20 years and I regret it completely. Stomach ache/pain all night long just a few hours after eating.

Excellent food, great customer service. It had been years since I’ve had Quiznos but as soon as we found one in Vancouver we made the trip from Salem Oregon just for the food. Super glad we did.

This place was kind of sad and lonely. How!? Quiznos is my favorite place to go for a sandwich, and they’re all too far away from us. It’s sad so many have closed. I’m very picky about deli meat, and have always been amazed at my sandwich here! Yes, it’s more expensive than most, but duh! You get what you pay for…premium quality. Don’t close! I’ll haunt you down!:)

Let’s start by saying you can not read there menu that good. And I was the only customer when I walked in And it took about 15 min to get the sub made. And for a foot long and one soda and a bag of chips it was over $20 that is a expensive lunch. I don’t think I am coming back to this place agen.

Way, way, way to expensive for what you get. Don’t recommend going here, they charge super high prices on everything. The food just ain’t worth the price they charge!
