Music was so loud I could not hear the server. Ordered a sandwich but no luck. They are out of ham. Ordered a softdrink to go with the sandwich I didn’t want. But they are out of lids. Then I went to the pickle/pepper bar to put some on the sandwich I didn’t want. There were no pickles nor peppers. My wife went to get a soda, in the cup with no lid, and got a cup full of foam. Then we went to sit down. We had to sit at the least dirty table. Disgusting!

Our sandwiches were amazing and deserve all the glory, It was the inexperienced, snotty and lazy employees we had to deal with that dropped my review to what honestly should have been a 2 but I’m being generous. If I had been the manager of that store I would have either hired someone older than 30 to teach the younger employees some customer service skills. Not only was our server to busy talking to the other employee about something completely not work related but I had to repeat myself multiple times only for her to get snotty at me for patiently waiting til she was done with her convos to continue so I didn’t have to repeat myself again. Then I had to ask for napkins only to be pointed in the direction of the opposite side of the store where the soda machine was and told “they’re over there”.

On 7/10/23 I ate here for lunch. I do not know the names of the young man and young lady working, but they were great – pleasant and very nice. Everything was very clean too. GOOD JOB KIDS!!!

I am currently waiting to order…has been about 9 minutes, and was told Door Dash comes first. One girl is extremely grumpy, no smile, and looked bored to death. The grumpy girl is clearly new, as she has zero customer service skills and it is obvious (she stared at us when we walked in, and just turned around and ignored us). The girl with the glasses wasn’t too bad but threw the attitude back at us when we simply asked if they were closed. Too bad. I used to love coming here, back when KC- the owner-worked behind the counter (yes, long ago lol but she was great) So, be sure to just order off Door Dash first. Because they act like you don’t exist!!! Manager, you really need to have a talk with these girls. A simple “hey, sorry, it will be a bit because we have this order” but they just worked in front of us and never said one word until I asked if they were closed for the day. Rude!

Went to Quiznos yesterday. They had no guacamole, no mushrooms, only one kind of soup, and only 2 kinds of chips. They said freight was coming in on Thursday. Let me say that I like Quiznos and their menu but needless to say I WILL NOT be coming back until you can go in there and be able to order everything on the menu nor will those that were with me yesterday come back. It’s really a shame because it is well liked in our area but not Under the current running of this place.

This location hires young high school aged girls and works them to death then expects them to work around ovens in the middle of summer with no air conditioning. This is not only unpleasant for the employees but also for any customer who decides to dine in. Management here seems to be selfish, inconsiderate and unprofessional. It seems like the owner has lost any passion there once was for her business. I can not get ahold of anyone at the corporate office, have called several times and there is NEVER a manager around. Even with deplorable work conditions these young girls still manage to pull off a good sandwich!

Traveling stopped off for lunch. Soup and salad, huge salad heaping… good brocoli and cheese soup or chicken noodles a friend said the noodles were under cooked a little hard. FRIENDLY service

We often visit from TriCities when we are in town. Each time we’ve been in, it’s gone downhill. Ate there today and they were out of mushrooms, olives, and mustard. Not a huge deal honestly, but it’s clearly an ongoing issue. The service has also gone down. This is the second time these 2 kids had been working when we’ve been there. The girl is constantly touching her face and glasses with her gloves on (ew) and they both have very awkward customer service. (Nothing good coaching couldn’t help.) And this brings me to the store itself. I’ve never seen it CLEAN, but today couldn’t even pass for mildly clean. No soap or paper towels in the bathroom. The floor was sticky and dirty and clearly hadn’t been swept in a while. All glass surfaces were visibly gross. Behind the counter make tables had nasty buildup of food being cross contaminated between containers. Every counter we could see was dirty. We were in there for a total of 43 minutes and were one of 3 customers. Between every customer the guy sat in the dining room on his phone and the girl disappeared to the back. Hopefully this location doesn’t end up closed like the majority of them have.
