Totally unacceptable food and service!!! I ordered a sandwich and was asked if I wanted everything on it. I noticed the prep person was looking at list behind to make sandwich from list on billboard. I ordered the Kimchi Philly. I was charged for Au Ju sauce. When I ask what it was for. “It’s because you used a card.” Sandwich arrived and there was a few strands of onions and a couple slivers of bell pepper. No Kimchi. I asked where’s Kimchi. “It’s there.” I will not ever give you one more cent of my money!!! Never will I recommend you to anyone!!!

So happy we decided to stop here. I used to work at Quiznos years ago in AZ and so I hold the sandwiches to the high level of when I used to work there. The person making my sandwich asked me what I wanted on it and then added everything I asked be left off. There is no sign to look at what toppings are offered, and there is no opportunity to see the toppings. The person seemed impatient when I asked what they had. Their bathroom was clean, but the rest of the store was dirty. After I got back on the road and opened my sandwich I took one bite and threw the rest away

Update: I went one year later after my first review. (See below) I paid for extra meat. They dipped the beef in A’jus and then weighed it. The meat was soggy. And they didnt put anything else on, no veggies. Just dont go period.

Based on my previous 2 experiences here, I’m better off making my own sandwich at home and it’s not because I don’t want to spend the money. They pretty much skimp on toppings which is ridiculous, you say everything on it and they pick and chose what they want to put in your sandwich as if it’s free. Not the best customer service! I will not be revisiting this Quiznos.
