They only have a few options to choose from, which I love!!! We stopped in on a Tuesday and I got the 9oz filet mingon and my husband got the 15 oz filet mingon, both were cooked perfectly! Prices are spot on and staff are very friendly, we highly recommend you go check them out.

The menu is small, in fact it depends on the day is what is served. However, that doesn’t matter!!! I’m VERY picky about my prime rib, and Quincy’s knows how to cook prime rib!!! I highly recommend today you eat here!!! Everything was delicious, from the house salad, the baked potato ( because there is a difference from just baking a potato and doing it right), and the bread was on point!!! The atmosphere was also very mellow, chill and i could hear nothing but laughter! Definitely check out Quincy’s if your in the area!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We are here overnight in Leadville, and were referred here by the visitors center staff. What a great experience! We shared a prime rib steak, each got a salad with their signature dressing, and then ordered a delicious chocolate cream pie dessert. Our server Monica & The staff were super attentive & pleasant. You won’t be disappointed when you stop here in Leadville! Plus, bottle of wine for $15? What?!?

This place has got it figured out. The small menu was perfect and everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. Our waitress was so nice and attentive. She even offered us new filets because ours were ***slightly*** overcooked, which we thought was so nice. We didn’t even ask, she noticed! That’s service! 10/10 would recommend this really cool spot.
