Absolutely terrible. Lemon chicken was burnt and had zero flavor. Beef broccoli had almost no meat in in. Prices are absolutely ridiculous. I paid 30$ for barely enough food to feed one person. Will never be going back. Yes that plate of food was 30$ and it was nasty. Go somewhere else if you want good Chinese food. Not even sure how this place is still in business. Wish I could give zero stars.

Don’t over look these reviews. It’s like the only seasoning this place knows is salt! We ordered take out for dinner and almost everything was salty. Egg drop soup, super salty. Fried rice, salty. Pot stickers, pink and salty. Chow mein noodles were dry. The only tolerable items on the menu was the Mongolian beef and general tso chicken. They had a nice spice to them and was quite flavorful. Overall, very disappointed in the food.

Do you like vegetables? Our Mongolian beef had less than 1/4 cup of meat (we measured see photo) the snow pea chicken had more meat, but overwhelming vegetables. don’t get me wrong, I love vegetables, but if I’m paying $11+ for a dish with meat in the name I expect more. Also when ordering through Uber they force you to pick a side dish and each dish is $2+. one appetizer and 2 entrees delivered was $50. The side of pork fried rice tasted of seafood, was dry, and a very small portion. The seasoning was good, flavors on point (aside from the fried rice), but proportions out of whack.

New Years tradition of delicious Chinese food was a tough choice in a new city….we choose very poorly. To start the overpowering salt is close to impalpable, but spending a bunch of cash on food is a strong motivator!

If you’re in the mood for Chinese I do not recommend ordering from Quik Wok in Meridian. I usually get take out from the Quik Wok in Boise and am usually very pleased with what I get. But in this case disappointed is an understatement. None of us finished the food our plates. The general tso chicken tasted like they ran over to Popeyes bought some popcorn chicken and smoothed is in tso sauce. It had a really unappealing taste to it, very weird flavor profile. Ordered veggie fried rice. Expected the usual green onions, carrots, peas, maybe some mushrooms and bean sprouts. We got everything under the kitchen sink. Not only the above mentioned veggies but also corn (ok I could probably live with that) and ICEBERG LETTUCE! No not sauteed cabbage, trust me I know my veggies. It was legit ICEBERG lettuce. It was pretty much a hot salad with some rice thrown in. My husband said the pot stickers were good and I felt the crab Rangoon was just alright. Sweet n sour pork, general tso chicken, chicken chow mein, and veggie fried rice all fell very very short. Won’t go back there and don’t recommend anyone to go eat there.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered the Chinese Tradition Fried rice in large 64oz. size. Expecting it to be filled with shrimp, beef, ham, chicken, pork and veggies. All we got was a large tub of brown rice. Also ordered Kung Pow Chicken, it came in a watery undercooked broth with no flavor. A waste of $40. Will never go back.

Love Quik Wok ! Long time family recipes that have been in the valley for over 35 years! Overland location is my go to for the entire family! Food is always fresh and served with smiles! My favorite is the chicken pea pods (moo goo gai pan ) ! Egg rolls are the best in town!… and don’t forget the pork & seeds delicious!
