This store Customer Service was really suck, today we order thg drink and popcorn chicken, waited 45 minutes. Buy the time popcorn chicken was ready they give all to others those are come later after we order so when we talk to the lady she was respond with Anger it make me really mad and we cancel our order.

The floor was sticky, and I would really much rather go to another Quickly other than here. I ordered the blueberry milk tea and it didnt taste so much like blueberry. I chose it just to see if any of the unpopular drinks were any better. Uhm, they knew it wasn’t right away by the way the cashier reacted. The lady who was sweeping nearby, was looking at my group like she was listening in to our convos. Very uncomfortable.

When this Quickly’s opened up more than ten years ago, I didn’t expect more Quickly’s boba shops to pop up all over the Bay Area. This specific location used to be my go-to until it became too crowded with students from nearby schools and cleanliness of the business flew out the door.

This Quickly is ok. The music plays too loud and it is hard to hear the cashier. The cashier is a bit harsh when speaking but sometimes is nice. The food is freshly made so that’s a plus.
