I ordered a plate of hibachi chicken with noodles and found a caterpillar at the bottom of my plate. I did not see it until I ate almost all of my food, so everything that I ate had been mixed in with and touched by the caterpillar. I have no idea how a caterpillar got in the food, but It was clearly cooked with the food, because it was dead, covered in oil, and mixed in with the noodles. Therefore everything else was contaminated, including the food that was being cooked for other costumers. When I showed one of the employees the caterpillar on my plate, they did not say anything or offer to give me a refund, they just took the plate with the caterpillar on it. I usually never like to leave bad reviews, but finding a caterpillar in my food was gross and completely ruined the experience of eating the food. This is a health risk, I would avoid coming here.

Beef was dry and noodles had NO sauce just boiled noodles. Yum yum sauce is watery and dumplings came with no sauce.

The worst California roll. Salmon and spicy rolls are mediocre at best. Was hoping to discover a “favorite” quick Japanese food /poke bowl place to pick up on the way from work. It didn’t make the cut. Perhaps the poke bowls are much better. Will give it a try one more time.

This quick way place needs a good amount of improvements, the chicken was dry and overcooked the rice was pretty average and the sushi was pretty badly made that it would break every time you pick it up. I hate to leave “bad” reviews but hopefully they take a look and make some improvements if possible. Quickway in general has been my favorite this location not at all comparable.

It was okay for my first time going there. The fries rice didn’t look like fried rice. The shrimps and veggies were good. They are missing some type of sauce that goes with the dish. They usually put the sauce I too of the veggies and rice as it grill. Idk what this restaurant was doing but it wasn’t that. Would I be going again?…..no.

Wasn’t expecting much from this chain restaurant but was thoroughly impressed! Ordered delivery and my 2 bento boxes were very delicious (shrimp & shrimp + beef). Sushi was fresh, rice and noodles were tasty and the egg rolls were crunchy.
