I regret ever ordering from this place as soon as I walked in the place looked like a dump, floor and tables sticky, trash strewn about, products just thrown onto of tables, staff looked like ther didn’t even want to work there horrible attitude and not a care in the world, they even had music being played on a portable speaker in the corner of the room, would not even force my worst enemy to eat here.

This place has really fallen off… I guess the cooks here have gotten very complacent because the veggies are burnt, and the chicken tastes old. This is nothing like what it used to be.

Our family loves Quickfire Hibachi in Germantown, MD. The food is excellent and thoughtfully made. We go there at least 4-5 time’s a month and have never had a bad meal or bad service! The Hibachi meals and bento box meals are more than enough for one person to enjoy with leftovers! It does not feel or taste like fast food at all! The establishment is clean, and the cooks and staff are friendly and thoughtful. Try the dragon roll, it is spectacular! 5 star #AWESOME xo’s 😀

Love this place. They’re generous with the food portions and the taste is good. I’m not a sushi fanatic but this is the very first sushi I have tried that I like. I get the spicy crab and shrimp! Also, I’ll point out the men that work there are pretty careful and sanitary when handling food. The only one time I noticed someone without gloves was the only woman there at the time.

The food is good and well priced however the customer service is absolutely horrendous. Whenever you call to make an order you can barely understand the person on the phone and they’re going a mile a minute and cutting you off because they’re dealing with people walking into the store so they don’t even complete your order and then they’re rushing you to get off the phone.

I’m not one to usually complain but this was unacceptable from Quikway. My dumplings were burnt, my rice was soggy, there was a sprinkle of veggies, and the chicken was salty. Even the rice for my sushi was soggy. Imagine a soggy rice sushi roll, yeah, don’t imagine that. The whole meal was off and far from my usual Quickway experience. Could just be this location but I doubt I will visit here again.
