I was honestly surprised by how much I enjoyed the food here. It was fantastic, and the flavor profile was a combination of ingredients I’d never thought to combine. My best friend and I both decided that we will eat here every time we come to town to go off-roading. The service was friendly and fast as well. It was an all-around great experience.

The fajita quesadilla is wonderful. We enjoyed the guacamole and cheese dip as well. But the rice and beans are really strange. I’ve never seen rice that looks dyed orange. And the beans aren’t refried but whole beans. Not a fan of that at all.

The service for me went over all great! We were taken to our table immediately by our waiter and seated in a booth. Small issues did arise at this point but nothing angering or hard to fix. I ordered a tall Budweiser with some Bloody Mary mix on the side and wasn’t ID’d, which is mainly a staff concern, I was thankfully above age. The Budweiser came but the mix did not. I asked for it politely again and there was either a language barrier or he just didn’t know what it was so he sent another server over to ask me what it was I was looking for. They had it brought out and corrected shortly after. I went out of my comfort zone a bit because I typically order camarones a la Diablo. The food presentation was on point! The food was still visibly steaming hot, well prepared, and the variety in my dish was impressive. Fish, scallops, crab, shrimp, cheese, peppers, onions, avocado, and cactus. The flavor of the dish was a little on the fence for me though. You could tell there was a sauce in it but whatever the sauce was had no flavor. Each bite definitely tastes mostly like whatever meat it was being eaten at the time. But that could be exactly what they’re going for because again, this isn’t a dish I typically eat but had to try because it just looked way too good! I will be returning and this time am going to try the camarones a la Diablo so I can see if the flavor there is more of what I’m looking for. I am excited to give it another chance! Great atmosphere, attentive staff, and wide selections.

Had the Pollo Oaxaqueno. It’s grilled chicken, with grilled cactus, grilled Mexican cheese, grilled onions. It is delicious. Also came with beans and rice (that my husband loved) and salad, and a very spicy grilled pepper!

Awesome having a sit in meal that’s authentic Mexican food, no Tex mex. The staff is amazing and the service is quick considering the time and effort they put in the meals. I highly highly recommend the tlayluda! So addicting. The margaritas are delicious and come in clay pots. My only complaint is that the prices are pretty high considering the amount of food you get. Would definitely go back though!

Wow, talk about authentic!! This isn’t your typical mexican food on the strip. This place has some very authentic Mexican dishes. And, they have LOTS to choose from. The drink selection for adults will keep you coming back with the outstanding presentation. Excellent service with great prices will keep me coming back.
