Ordered a birria PLATE and received a cup of birria that was not even full with no rice or beans as stated on the menu. I got plenty of tortillas but don’t even need them for the little amount of birria I received and without my sides! Very disappointed as I really enjoy supporting local businesses.

Explosive Taco has their own take on traditional Mexican food. More than a meal, it’s an experience. Had a craving for champurado (Mexican hot chocolate) and they make it with galletas (cookies). Perfect with a side of their mini churros.
