My review is strictly on serving size in comparison to the price of the meals. The place is clean, great decor, good service and the menu prices (although higher than average) didn’t scare me off. But for the price I expected the serving sizes to compare accordingly.

Came here with my wife and 2 boys for lunch on Saturday. Had a good time. Wasn’t busy at noon and we were seated right away in a large and comfortable booth. They serve big portions that come out nice and hot and left us with plenty to take home. All of the food was tasty and the drinks, although full of ice, weren’t watered down. Even the desserts were pretty decent. It’s nice to have a good Mexican place right by the house and we’ll definitely be returning.

My in-laws have been telling us about this mexican restaurant in West boca. Finally did take out and let’s just say it was everything we’ve been told. Food was excellent! We got a Chicken and Steak Quesadilla, my husband got the Pollo Sonora and I got the Pollo A La Plancha. Service was great. Our food was ready in 15 minutes and we are so pleased!

I cannot recommend Quates II enough! This spot has hands down the best grilled chicken soft corn tacos in town, and at only $5 each, they are an absolute steal. If you eat in person, you also get free chips and salsa (one round only), which is a nice touch.

I love when I accidentally stumble on a great place! So, I got in the car and just let random fate decide where I should go. I pulled into a shopping plaza and there were a number of restaurants to choose from and I’m so thrilled I picked this great Mexican spot. Quality food, good service, and I love that they have a happy hour. I had chicken quesadilla and the salsa that they brought with the chips was great. The best part about this cute little spot is it’s the kind of place that you were going to regular basis. Don’t feel like cooking? Let’s go here for our Mexican! Recommend!!

3.43 out of 5. Brand New Mexican place in West Boca. Friendly Staff, Fair Prices, Convenient Location. The Skirt Steak Burro was the Best of the 3 items I tried, and the House Pico di Gallo and Spicy salsa were both solid as well. I found the to-go food to be poorly packaged and if it were more than a 10 minute ride home it would have been “soup like”. I would give it another try as it is a brand new place.

The place was almost empty which should had given me a red flag but my family and I wanted to give it a try. The food was so so… but the portions are large and the waitress was very attentive. I order a horchata and Carme asada, my husband ordered a spry and burrito and My kids ordered two pizzas from the kids menu. When the pizzas arrived to our table I didn’t notice anything wrong and as soon as my little kids tasted it they both said that they didn’t like their pizzas. I just thought that my kids were being picky and I order a box to take the pizzas home. The very same day that I heated the pizza to eat it at home I notice a disgusting smell coming from it. My husband and I tasted the pizzas and they tasted as ugly as they smelled besides the pizzas were very oily. No one in my family could eat those pizzas. We had to throw them away and I felt bad for my little kids because they were right, the pizzas were spoiled. thank goodness they didn’t eat it in the restaurant. 4-5 hours later that I had my lunch in that restaurant I was with a strong stomachache similar to food poisoning. Please, be careful with the food of that place because I don’t believe in coincidence. It was my first and last time there.

New outpost of a restaurant from Ft Lauderdale. Mostly a Mexican restaurant with some Spanish dishes. They just got their liquor license so they have a full bar. Good service and very reasonable prices.

Food is gross. Salsa is like tomato water. Both the salsa and refried beans were flavorless. Not a spice to be found and the beans were cold. They serve quesadilla with just sour cream. No Pico, lettuce, or tomato. It was also so soggy. My daughter asked for no peppers or onions on her quesadilla and it still had them when it came. The lunch comes with a soup and they never gave us any because it has onion in it so they assumed we didn’t want it. We told the waitress all of this and she just shrugged and walked away.

We got the supreme nachos and there were literally 8 chips with each chip having 2 oz of sour cream on them. It cost over a dollar per chip and was not edible. The pizza was literally cheese on a tortilla. Won’t order again.
