Southwestern Inspired Tequlia Bistro in Breckenridge, Quandary Tequila Bistro is a locals favorite on the south side of Breckenridge. We are located where Main Street meets the mountain. Located on the corner of South Park Ave. and Main Street, inside the Hyatt Main Street Station plaza.
Our Tequila Bistro serves a variety of Southwestern inspired dishes – from tacos to a tomahawk steak. Our full bar features over 200 tequilas along with local beer on tap! Our huge sunny deck overlooking Peak 9, Peak 10, and the Maggie pond makes a great place to warm up after a day on the slopes.

WOW! The PERFECT dinner to end our week in Breckenridge on Friday, January 6! There is a young man working there, ASHER, who is the hardest working and most delightful teen I have ever seen! He was polite and attentive; he managed the wait list as a host, he was a food runner, he did everything asked of him and took great care of us as he helped the restaurant… The future is bright for that young man! Also, gluten-free food was clearly identified and it was DELICIOUS, which was a real treat for this Celiac! Their salmon was phenomenal, among the best I’ve had! My daughter devoured every piece of her incredible filet dinner. The bar is spectacular and beautiful all at once! I would go back to visit Quandary every single time we are in town, and I hope that Asher is there too! Well done!!

A solid spot for Aprés bites and cocktails right off the mountain! The bartenders here are wonderful and whip up the best drinks on the mountain. Over our stay we visited several times and tried multiple cocktails, all which were absolutely amazing. The Kúcu’s Signature Silver Margarita is one of the best margs I’ve ever had. Their happy hour is wonderful and food was perfect after a long day of skiing. Definitely a vibe-y local spot worth checking out!!

Our server Mason was great! He was so friendly and made the Tres Leches sound so delicious, we almost ordered it, even though we were stuffed. I ordered the Bison Short Rib Tacos, and they were amazing. We enjoyed our experience very much and will definitely go back!

While visiting Breckinridge, we decided to stop by this very upbeat and quaint bistro that was lively and refreshing. The atmosphere was very energetic, this time of year will have tourists swinging by to get a great meal and a good drink. I highly encourage others to visit this great place if you’re ever in the Breckinridge area. Additionally, the bartenders, receptionist and waitresses are all very kind and helpful.

DISGUSTING! 220.00 for 4 meals and they’re disgusting. Median well? More like RARE. And it’s chewy and burned on the outside! Chicken wings are dry. Skillet cookie is burnt and hard. Tres leches isn’t even edible.

Great food and service! They were super busy but we still felt like we were given great attention from all. Cactus fries were DELICIOUS! BEST old fashion I’ve had in a long time, generous pour with the smoke giving a nice note to the sips, not over powering. Looking forward to returning for happy hour to try their signature margarita. Absolutely put this place on your list of eateries while visiting this gem of a town.
