I agree.. Best Chinese food in the Hiram/Dallas area by FAR!! The Hot & Sour soup is great and the Curry Shrimp is Great and their spring rolls are always cooked PERFECT… Sweet & sour sauce is GREAT!!

I honestly do not know how this is the highest rated Chinese in the area. We had this for dinner last night and everything tasted off and almost flavorless. I consider myself and my husband foodies so we know good food and this is the exact opposite. Will not be back

Beyond horrible! I asked for General tso and sesame chicken. They both taste EXACTLY the same no spice at all NOTHING to tell the difference. I thought Chinese rice was fried rice well we got yellow rice which is there so called fried rice! Never again. if this is your first time going to try this place I would say RUN FAST THE OPPOSITE WAY!!!!!!!!!

I was in the area and decided to try this place due to the high rating. The service was excellent but the food failed to hit the flavor mark. My husband, who LOVES Chinese food did not finish which never happens.

I’ve lived near Quality Chef for three years and never even considered visiting. I also haven’t had food from a Chinese restaurant in over a decade due to bad experiences! Today I really wanted egg rolls and I was visiting the store next door. I read reviews and decided to take a chance. I placed my order inside so that I could look around! It was clean and customer service was on point! I ordered a small shrimp fried rice with two spring rolls. Paid under $10. The wait was about 20+ mins, but I also had shopping to do. Once I got my food it was piping hot. There were nice sized shrimp in every bite of the rice! I ate all of that food right there in my car y’all I will return to try more menu items! Thanks Quality Chef!
