I’ve been here probably 5 years ago and ever since I’ve been dreaming of coming back one day. (I don’t live in CA) The cold noodle dish has the ultimate balance of spice, heat, garlic and toasty flavors. Everything pretty much tastes good. May not be the best noodle place ever but will keep your belly full. Make sure to bring cash with you.

I really liked the Liang Pi which was refreshing and the lamb cummin garlic dry thick noodle very QQ. This reminds me of the popular place called Xian Famous in NY.

Very disappointed. Ordered a spicy beef noodle to go. They only take cash. The whole bowl doesn’t really have any flavor and meat, also as a bonus, a bug in my noodle.

Casual noodle shop – they’ve recently just reopened up for dining-in. Using plastic bowls and styrofoam cups. Cash only so be ready. #20 is my go to. It has a bit of Hunan heat – u can ask for extra meat. The noodles can kill your Keto diet LOL – they give u your moneys worth.

This place is really good. I actually just did a trip to Xi’an and the dishes offered here are comparable to an authentic Xi’an cuisine. The service is very fast, and the food tasted really good. Cash only. Highly recommended.

The food is really good here, we ordered a spicy and hot fish soup and a spareribs soup. Both were really good. But 3* is for their service. We ordered and seating down and its nearly 40 mins, they just forgot to get our food. There are guys who came after us, and were almost done with their food but we were waiting. Everytime we call, some other guy comes and asks what we ordered and says its coming. But finally it came and food was good. Service being so late may be one of a case as others were getting their food pretty quick. Will definitely go back here.

Ordered #10 spicy beef noodle soup. No flavor. Not spicy not beefy not nothing, just oil. I had 3 measly pieces of gristle as the beef. $18 and it’s served in a takeout container.
