Qing Mu Noodle is a charming eatery that features quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods. Mekong Noodles, a dish from Southern Vietnam, is the house special. The broth is boiled for eight hours in pork bones, resulting in a rich, savory flavor. Popular items on the menu include Pho (meatball, rare steak, and a combo with tripe), Spring Rolls, and Vermicelli. But it’s our house special Banh Mi (pork belly and pate) that makes loyal customers out of visitors. Beverage options include wine, beer, homemade lemongrass iced tea which uses fresh lemongrass from our garden out front, and tapioca dessert. Dine-in or grab and go.
Based on 28 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.5 stars. Price

This location is the small quick “grab n’ go” and “fast lunch” side-door location for 1938 Indochine. Currently in the “soft-opening” phase, they have a mini-menu offering and but the 2 options for pho noodles are really tasty and the banh mi (pork and steak) are a nice sandwich addition with good spring rolls. Located on the 1st floor of “The Collection” across from the Sprint store at Salt in Our Kaka’ako.

I came here because I was craving noodles and other Vietnamese food.I shouldn’t have gone there when I was hungry because I had ordered way too much food. I ordered the summer rolls, pho, Vietnamese beef stew, and banh mi. The summer rolls was cut too short so it quickly fell apart when I was trying to dip it in the sauce, the pho was ok, the beef stew lacked in flavor, but thao banh mi though. The banh mi is so good! I like that the place was really clean and they had outdoor seating. I will be back to try other dishes.

This is a cute little place in the Kakaako district across from Salt. I really like the décor of the place and the easy going atmosphere. Staff seem really nice as well. They have a rather limited menu with nothing unique, just the classics.

Great vietnamese option near SALT. Tasty beef broth pho served in an impressive bowl. Fresh lemongrass bahn mi in soft and crispy roll. Delicious fresh crispy spring rolls. Try the lemongrass tea for a refreshing and sweet treat. Very friendly service and nice outdoor seating options as well as indoors. They validate parking in their building.

Got a lemongrass chicken banh mi and two phos. The portions for the pho are humongous in these giant bowls, which probably balances the kinda expensive price. I didn’t like the chopsticks, they were too short and difficult to grab the noodles with. The banh mi was good, and the pho was okay. However, while eating the pho there was a giant dead bug floating in the broth and we both immediately lost our appetite, and I got a refund.

Great vegan options! They made the pho broth vegan for me – it’s not on the menu so be sure to ask.
