Made an order through uber eats. A few complaints. First, you are unable to choose which fountain drink you’d like, it defaults to coke. Second, I ordered a bowl with lots of toppings, and recieved a bowl of rice, beans, meat and queso.. no toppings in sight. Only reason for the 2 stars is because i order quite frequently and rarely have issues with Qdoba. This was disappointing and I was unable to eat because the bowl had no flavor..

So maybe they are under new management, but their portions have gone less and less. Both chips and the actual meals. They filled me up on filler and even with double protein, my food seems smaller than the regular. I usually share my dish with my kids but I’m going to have to start ordering more = more $. Maybe chipotle has bigger portions?

Food was good. Got some stars off because one of the employees on the line (maybe he was having a bad day or I reminded him of someone), gave me attitude for no reason. Like I was responsible for one of his family members death or something. Unbelievably rude. Then placed his hands down on the counter and stared at me as I was swiping my card to pay. Won’t be going there again. If I wasn’t hungry and that bowl didn’t look as good as it did, I’d have left it there. Customer service retraining in order.

The quality of the food is excellent! I have always been a big fan of another place a few blocks away with a similar menu, but they charge for every little addition. Qdoba gives you pretty much whatever extras you want without an upcharge, and they have a better variety of additions. The steak is also very good, compared to the other place where it’s usually “extra chewy”.

I’m not usually a person to leave 1 star reviews but the customer service was deplorable. Very rude heavy set girl without a name tag. From the one star reviews I can see that this is an on going issue. If you like being treated poorly this is the place for you. I’m very disappointed, I will not be back. The time and date was 4/12/23 4:16 pm. I suggest you put some kind of customer service training in place for the people that represent your establishment.

Don’t do it continue to grocery store for easy every kind of Mexican food. Its not worth food poisoning from several days prior cooked meats that are bagged and refrigerated overnight with out cooling them from their bacteria infested cross contaminated service area and kitchen. Next time I go in I will walk into kitchen live and show you what you are subjecting yourself to because your hungry. Yuckkkkk
