Great to have more selections for food in Valley Center area. Three stars for the fast service and the quality ingredients. . Last two stars can only be achieved if the Manager puts a mask on over everyone’s food (why the manager would be mask-less when all employee’s were wearing masks for our courtesy is a little un-professional) and I need you all to know what protein you are putting into your food . . if I look you dead in the eye’s and clarify with a question “are you sure that is the Impossible plant-based protein?” and am met with a re-assuring “yes it is” when I can SEE It’s BRISKET just doesn’t work for me. . . I’ll be back for more veggie burritos. . . . . But please train your staff up on the need to identify your ingredients as you assemble them.. ..
