This restaurant has a really interesting set up. I believe I would have enjoyed it. But the employees that were working there all did not get along with each other. And would not help each other out. I ordered one of their shrimp burritos. The new guy did not know how to make shrimp. Asked a guy that was there for a while how to do it. The guy did not respond and just looked away from him. So instead of me getting my order of a shrimp burrito. The guy came back and said there was no shrimp left.

Rice was hard, prep area dirty, nearly all the tables were dirty, when we asked if they could redo one of our bowls because the rice was so hard my daughter couldn’t eat it, the staff started snickering and laughing. I understand the price of things have gone up but the amount that we are given in the bowls is a lot less, specially compared to other locations. They also don’t know how to roll a burrito, one of the cashiers seems to think the counter is a chair

Not great. Food tastes okay but the portions are minimal and the store is quite obviously run by kids who don’t care. I put in a pick up order and both of the items I ordered were wrong. One was missing some stuff and the other one was just the compete and total wrong order. Called to ask for a refund or a remake and was told that they would remake it. Took the food back there to have it remade and spent about another 20 minutes waiting for the food. Had to wait to eat over an hour after I originally ordered because of the total lack of urgency or care from the employees, and the food was still missing ingredients. Not worth the trouble. Waste of time, gas, and effort. Such a small amount of mediocre food at best for $10+ each serving. Not worth the time and trouble for the quality.

After having a FTNR(First Time Not Right)at QDOBA south reno back in march 2022 we tried again in Feb 2023 at Qdoba mexican up at north valleys and it was great. I am taking away one star as my kid’s order was little messed. But it was ok.
