Before going for the hot springs we were looking for a quick Mexican food and we decided to tryout QDOBA Mexican Eats. After exploring the menu we ordered Chicken Tacos, Mini Bowl Chicken and Bowl Chicken. The service was good and we got our food quickly. The tacos were delicious and we loved the food. The chicken bowl were also good and delicious. It was a quick spot to get the food.

We came here on a Sunday. The employees looked miserable. The lady making the bowl was mumbling, I could barely hear her. I had to ask her to repeat herself every time which made her upset. The cashier talked really fast so I could barely figure out what he was saying. The manager came from the back to help out when the line started to grow but she looked equally grumpy. The tables were dirty. The food was a bit tasteful but still lacking flavor. Definitely not a great experience

The service here at this location has routinely been the worst I’ve ever experienced when dining at Qdoba. The two girls working the line are slow, looked like would rather be anywhere else in the world but behind that counter, and upon closer inspection saw that one had earbuds in her ears and the other was FaceTiming someone….while working the line!!! I asked the manager if he allowed ear buds while working to which he replied, “no, but they don’t listen to me.” To which I responded by asking if he was in charge of the hiring and firing of this crew and he said “no, but that if he were they would not be working there”…and I would wholeheartedly support him in finding better help…or at least employees that actually want to be there.

The food was good. Employees are extremely unfriendly! Cashier never spoke a word to us. The lady making my bowl gave me attitude for asking for the tortilla on the side. Employees also wearing AirPod earbuds while serving customers. Tables and floor were very dirty with trash laying around. We usually love QDOBA, but the employees completely ruined the experience. Will not be returning here.

Worst food I have ever had in my life! They are rude there because I ordered a meal without protein because their meat was disgusting! And they were laughing judging in Spanish not sure if they even Spoke English! The portion sizes were terrible and I had to ask 3 times for more rice! I’d go to chipotle everyday instead of going back once! Avoid! Go somewhere else!

Usually quick service. We were behind a woman ordering 6 different items and she was quite particular how each was made with different toppings. I didn’t time it, but took quite a while it seemed to us.

Staff doesn’t do well during the pressure of the lunch rush, dinner rush, or we’ll frankly anytime there is more than 1 person in line. Better know what you want before getting here.
