The food as a whole was good. The employees had the personality of a rock. The size portions were extremely small. I don’t know if they went through an employee overhaul or what but it didn’t used to be like this. My son’s burrito was hardly bigger than taco bell for $10. And the amount of chips in the bowl for nachos was very small. The kid behind the counter just kept trying to scrape the bottom of the the containers instead of getting more and they were not busy.

Would not recommend this qdoba to anyone. Its ran by a bunch of lazy high schools kids. There line was basically empty and dirty. I was there at 5:45 pm there no excuse for that. The food was cold. The portion sizes were much smaller then other qdobas. People were standing around on phone. I will never to go back.

I ordered a steak queso burrito with no beans extra rice. First she barley put any rice on, then the steak looked all burnt and about the oldest dryest steak IV ever seen. Then she scoops the queso and pulls out a piece of aluminum foil out with her finger thank God she had gloves on. After that she put the corn in and it was all runny and super nasty and after she mixed it all up and it was this tiny mess of a burrito and i told her i was going to go somewhere else because it looked so disgusting and I’m not even a picky eater at all. I’ll never go back to that doba it has food poisoning written all over it. Iove q doba but definitely won’t be going there again not to mention she was super rude from the beginning. Not a good experience in any way.

I love Qdoba so much, and the customer service here is ok… but it seems to be getting worse very slowly… I’m not one to complain, but I have been coming here for a while. When I first came, the staff were energetic, and very nice… as time goes on, they just loose the energy. They aren’t bad at their job, or rude… they have just lost their energy. All that said, I still love Qdoba and will be back many more times in the future.

I usually like qdoba. Food is waaaay too salty here, like the preps just dumped whatever amount of salt in everything. The service was meh at best, at least from the dude I first walked up to. It was clean enough though.

I love Qdoba but this store specifically is pretty disappointing. Overcooked meat, nearly raw rice, queso completely different than other stores, wildly small portions for sauces. Probably worth it to just drive to a different Qdoba that is more consistent with their food.

This particular Qdoba is the best I have visited in the Fort Collins area. I’m happy that the chips for the nachos were not overly salted. That is not my usual experience with other branches. When I lived near Drake and Shields I would go often. I am happy that they still are good. I was a bit annoyed with the combination for the bathroom. When its lunch rush no one on the line can help you with the numbers. There really has to be a bettet solution. If the bathroom use is such a problem.
