I absolutely LOVE this location. I work nearby on Tuesdays and was a regular before switching jobs and treat myself out a couple times a month and I can say with out fail it has been an awesome experience food wise and service! Take tonight for example, I watched the manager/ supervisor I’m not sure he just had a black shirt on 🙂 take his moment to stop prepping to help his team with orders and check out. I waited patiently as he made sure not to make his new team member feel pressured or discouraged wail balancing the quick rush. He was SUPER kind and when it was my turn in line helped me, said thank you for waiting and kept his smile all wail making sure all the other customers behind me were being helped efficiently. It was a very welcomed change in attitude from workers there in a long time. I will be back as long as this crew keeps going as they are! Thank you!

Ordered a burrito. It was loaded with rice, a nice scoop of beans and a pinch of chicken and lettuce. Has to be the tiniest burrito I have ever had. This was on a to-go order so I doubt they care.

My tacos were cold even though we picked them up as soon as they were set on the counter? And only a 5 minute drive home. Really gross that they would serve cold steak. The tortillas fell apart immediately and I had to eat the tacos with a fork. Meat was tough and rubbery. Barely any guacamole. Don’t understand the hype of this place, I won’t be eating here again. And it’s so expensive for disgusting/cheap food! $18 down the drain. Chipotle is much better and always has given me warm food.

The worst order of food I’ve ever had! I arrived a few minutes past my order time and my order still wasn’t ready and yet they had 5 people standing around doing nothing. Didn’t even include half of the items I requested on my dishes, with one dish literally looking like a dog’s dinner. The tacos completely fell apart, the nachos didn’t even have any queso in them and the chips were stale. If you can’t produce better food than this slop, just close your doors. You’re so ready with the staffing excuse but can’t deliver on the orders you have. My family will never be back to this location or this chain ever again. There are way too many places to go.

It was one guy that was super racist and he fixed my bowl and didn’t put anything in it he shorted me on almost everything. I’m a truck driver with TransPro trucking company I’m not from the area and I see how he made others food and we paid the same but it was definitely different. One of the others guys was super nice. Preying God fix all racist people.

A few weeks ago I came to this Qdoba looking to buy a steak bowl. I was greeted by a gentleman with glasses who I assume was the manager and he refused me service. He instead went over to who I assume was his girlfriend and sat in a booth with her. He continued to ignore my presence while continuing public displays of affection with his “girlfriend”. Overall it was a very awkward, uncomfortable and unsettling experience. I hope to not see this happening ever again!

Went in specifically for salad with taco shell bowl. Waited 5 minutes with no one in front of me and 3 employees visible before anyone greeted me because they were fulfilling online orders. Soda Fountain machine was Out of Order. Did not realize until I got to my next location that the salad had no taco shell bowl.Took plastic fork out of wrapper and it was broken. Eleven bucks plus a $1 tip for this?

Sub-par. Inept employees don’t even know how to wrap a burrito or cook it properly. If I’m going to spend $13-15 on a burrito I at least expect them to know how to wrap it appropriately and cook it right so I can eat it without having to make a giant mess. I also try to order things without cilantro and they added something in there with cilantro. Avoid this Qdoba they’re just full of inept high school kids who don’t know how to cook.
