I’m very disappointed. Went in. Half of the ingredients were missing. Guy kept asking me what else I wanted, and there’s one salsa and, literally, zero other fresh toppings available. The toppings are why I came here over Chipolte. I paid 11 dollars for a scoop of chicken, rice, and beans. I didn’t want to even pay for a half empty bowl, but the food would have just been wasted. I hardly ever go out for food, and when I do treat myself, I want to enjoy it. Three employees are working, too, and the guy serving me is hanging out with friends in the lobby – this wouldn’t bug me if half the menu was available. The other guy is just sitting there wiping the counter. There’s zero effort being put into replenishing the line. No exaggeration, not even half the ingredients were available. Money isn’t growing on trees these days. Places like this need to respect customers’ money and patronage. I work all day and think dinner out is a nice reward at the end week…Unfortunately I went to Qdoba and paid 11 dollars for beans, rice, and chicken, and I left hungry. Offer extra protein, comp a fountain drink, or discount if you can’t offer a single fresh ingredient.

I don’t understand why anyone would give the staff at this location less than five stars. They are ALWAYS so sweet (I should know sweet when I see it because I own a candy store) plus they are always so generous. I am hooked on their fried flour tortilla bowl filled with rice and beans with chicken…omg! I’m there all the time feeding my new addiction. Great job, Kids!

I walked in this poor guy was working all by himself. There was a coworker with her nose ring pierced talking to the person salting chips just ignoring the lunch rush coming in. The man was helping the costumers and saying sorry for the delay I will be with you in a second. Clearly wondering why she wasn’t helping him. Then about 5 minutes when by she finally comes up, sorry I was expecting my manager to be here today helping. I said ok told her I would like nachos for my kiddo with chips on the bowl ( mind you we go to quoba once a week but not this one). She immediately says to me we don’t do that here for kids meals cannot put chips in the bowl. I then explained other quoba do not knowing this would be the end of the world. She then stormed out leaving this guy all by himself again to make my food. Not knowing this sweet man , was on his fourth day of work. He went above and beyond to apologize for her behavior, when really she should of apologized. I wish I would have gotten the guys name, If I had a place to hire him I would he doesn’t deserve to be put in a position all by himself (without assistance and rude employees). Mind you they were also short on food , rice etc you could tell the cooks hadn’t cooked anything in some time. Only giving stars for this new employee otherwise would rate a 0.

I am not a picky eater and I normally do not write these but this establishment has continuously messed up every order my roommate and I have placed. Regardless of ordering in the morning or at night and regardless of ordering in store or having it delivered, EVERY order has been incorrect. Double, triple check your order before you leave and I would not recommend delivery services from this location

I just came in and bought a burrito bowl and all of the meat looked like it had been sitting out overnight and I ordered impossible meat and it was so dried out that it was clumped together. Disgusting and I threw it away and ordered chipotle doordash instead.

Went in for a couple sides of rice and a taco for my kiddos. Saw the “free chips and queso when you join the club” so I spent ten minutes working through the terribly unintuitive and unclear interface signing in two different times, scanning etc. (Quite nice) lady at the register put the chips and queso in with my order took it off put it in and then said “it’s telling me it only is with the purchase of an entree!!” Sure enough in super fine print there it was.
