The place is actually pretty decent for a Qdoba. In spite of my photos, it was quite a long line to get your order. However, when it grew to be troublesome, the management helped break down the focus and orders and actually hastened the situation to its end. So kudos to that!

Super skimpy on proteins. Ordered online for pickup. I actually thought they forgot the meat, there was a tiny amount, but for 10+ $ definitely not worth it. This was my last Qdoba visit.

I recently visited Qdoba, and unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. The staff was unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable. They didn’t seem interested in helping me with my order, and their lack of enthusiasm left me feeling unwelcome.

Wow…Someone needs to look into the people working here or hire some new management. Maria, who I think is in management was so rude. I placed my order with her at the register and she acted annoyed the entire time, all I ordered was a bowl and some chips and cheese. She had a serious attitude problem. I ignored the bad reviews when I decided to eat here today, but I should’ve listened because I had a terrible experience as well as others in the area. Now I know why my coworkers stopped ordering lunch from here…. Horrible customer service.

I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service at this location. The woman working the register named Maria (Hispanic, black longish hair, LOTS of makeup) was extremely rude to us and also the man behind us for no reason. And there was another employee on the phone with a customer who was being very rude answering their questions about catering. Will not be returning to this Qdoba. The employees treat their customers very poorly. Please address the staff being so rude and acting “put out” by having to take people’s orders. We were very polite when ordering and had zero special requests, yet we left feeling like we did something wrong because of how we were treated.

WORST QDOBA EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!! ZERO STARS!!!! We went in and the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! We were rushed through and I had asked for a kids meal and they open the box it was 2 plain tortillas that’s it nothing else so I told them that I had ordered a kids meal and they quickly smashed some cheese in and put it in when I got home it was stuck to the box im sure my child wouldn’t like to eat the container. Also they didn’t tell us until we ordered that they were completely out of jalapeños and pickled onions THE WHOLE REASON I like going here over Chipotle! Then I was locked out of my rewards because of the update recently and I got treated like trash by the check out guy with the whole eye roll and all. This location needs a whole new staff and better customer service PERIOD!!!!! If my kids were not hungry and already ordered I would have up and left, also I got a mini bowl with double protein and the guy made sure to yell to all the staff MAKE SURE THEY KNOW THIS IS DOUBLE PROTEIN!!!!!! Like making and causing a huge deal. I honestly have never had this poor of experience at any other location ever makes me not want to go back it was that bad. Plus my bowl looked like I ordered soup because they stopped my protein in there. PLEASE GET NEW STAFF

Went in for breakfast burrito at 10:24. They just started breaking down the breakfast stuff, and when asked they said they weren’t serving breakfast burritos at this time. So they threw away an entire container of eggs, bacon and chorizo? I understand I was really close to 10:30 cutoff, but they must not need the money to be so wasteful.
