I deliver to this place as a vendor. I see the back of the kitchen and let me just say it is the cleanest kitchen I’ve seen in months and I see kitchens daily!! The chicken was moist, the rice was fresh and the rest was on point. Whomever is running it, I think it’s JG for initials knows exactly what needs to be done and executes. The tables and floors are clean and not sticky!!! Truly impressive. Everyone has different experiences, mine today, even looking couldn’t find one aspect to complain about. Thank you, the efforts put into the work are clearly noticeable!!

I went in on my lunch to get a bowl that I had points for and the girl was so helpful and made my food really well! I thought overall it was a perfect experience I wish I had got her name but she has a moon and sun tattoo on her arm give this girl a raise would def return!

Our go to a few times a month – a favorite that everyone in the family will eat. Though I notice if I order pickup, my order is sometimes a little wonky. If I pay extra for extra protein, for example, it doesn’t get added. It’s better if I go in.

So we tried to make a big online order and unfortunately for some reason it was say you need to contact the store. Contacted then and they told me I had to come into the store to make the order. So I went there with a printed copy of the order. Handed it to them so they knew exactly what to do. I will say they got the order put together very quickly. Thank you for that. However the order was so messed up. Almost every meal was wrong and missing stuff or having the wrong meat and much more. So we called them to see what they could do to help us. They said everything was correct as we followed the sheet. They didn’t. But then they proceeded to bad talk us and then before they hung up on us they start cussing at me. Extremely unprofessional. Would highly advise going to the one on Colorado blvd. those guys have there stuff together and then customer service is night and day difference compared to this location. Will never order from here again.

I am a delivery driver with doordash and I just wouldn’t come to this location again simply because of the workers. The lady that works at the front with the cheek piercing let me and this other guy sit here and wait for our orders that were already sitting on the shelf after she asked us which orders we were waiting on. She didn’t let us know that our orders were ready or anything and saw us clearly standing there waiting for our food after we told her. Just super unprofessional in my opinion. Then, the customer sent me a picture of their food that looks like it was just thrown together and looked terrible and I advised the customer to get a refund.

HORRIBLE!!! Manager is so rude! Online order for curbside pickup. Chicken Fajita Burrito (My Hubby) 3 Tacos (Myself). Got home food was truly ICE cold. Hubby asked if they stored it in the freezer. His burrito had no sour cream and no habanero salsa. My tacos only had, meat, lettuce, pico, & pickled onions. NO cheese, NO guac, NO fajita veggies, NO salsa. When I called to speak to the manager about the issue, she proceeded to tell me that was wrong because she had made the order herself. I continued to tell her what was missing from the tacos and your her I could send her a pic. She put me on hold and when she came back and offered to remake my order. Why would I want the her to remake the order that she claims she already made correctly? She finally offered me a refund. Never another APOLOGIZED. Was just TOTALLY rude. Sadly probably won’t be returning….

I am completely blown away!! Haven’t been to a QDOBA in a good 4 yrs. I stopped in for a bite while my car oil was getting changed next door. The sauces, the chicken, the pickled onions, the fresh cilantro you can add to your bowl, wow!! I felt like I was at a Latin cafe. So so good, flavorful, & fresh. This is not the QDOBA I remember. Not to mention their atmosphere has been revamped. Great latin/hispanic music playing, very nice decor on the walls and a great place to sit and eat. Very clean & well kept environment. I’m truly impressed QDOBA! They need to start serving margaritas then this would be me & my friends new regular dinner spot
