Decent place for a burrito but the place does need to be much cleaner and needs some renovation. Everything in the seating is ripped or dirty. Definitely need better cleaning but overall it’s a fast food burrito place. Wasn’t expecting much about it

We ordered a quesabirria quesadilla and they forgot half the ingredients. The chips and guac no chips. And my chicken burrito with Pico had no chicken and 1 pc of tomato. That’s how you know someone really doesn’t care about their job. I’m pretty sure I got someone else’s items as well. Sorry whomever didn’t get their meal.

My Son and I were just in here getting nachos. Quick version, younger kid with curly hair didn’t care about our order enough to do anything correctly. Shorted me on chips by half the portion, didn’t ask which queso I wanted and then sighed when I asked for Diablo queso, like I did something wrong. My son orders and he doesn’t ask if he wanted chips in the bowl or not, he did. The same kid threw the queso in the bowl and when my son asked for chips in the bowl he rolls his eyes and sighs again… He really just made sure to make it a point he doesn’t care and we were inconveniencing him by being there. He continued the trend for the next few customers as well. I never leave reviews unless something is way off and leadership should be aware. I hope the kids learns and traditionally I love your restaurant. It’s my go to place when I’m not cooking.

the ENTIRE food line has old dried food crust piled around all of the food containers falling into the food when they scoop the food out of the disgusting crusty containers. The workers watch as the old dried crusty food falls into the food containers and then onto the spoon scooping the food out. The dried old crusty food then lands in the customers food, they do not care about this. The food line appears that it has not been cleaned since last year. The manager got in the way of the food line so a worker asked the manager to place pico de gallo on my quesadilla. The manager was furious to be asked to serve food so the manager placed his fist onto the quesadilla and smashed it will all his strength while he stared into my eyes with intense hate and anger. His eyes were squinted in hate and his lips were clenched tight as if to let me know he hated being here and was not happy about placing Pico de gallo on my quesadilla.

I went there tonight to get my husband a quesadilla. When I got home and he was looking at it there was a long black hair, it was definitely from the girl making it who wasn’t wearing any kind of hair net. My hair is thick and falls out so I get things happen but you should definitely have some kind of net or something because that’s disgusting.
