Store looked closed from outside. Dirty doors. Store hot. Had to wait for multiple call in orders disrupting the flow of my order. U can see them counting pieces of chicken. tacos all broken. Outdoor tables dirty.

Food poisoning is the worst! Sunday (7/2/23) evening my husband, best friend and I came here for dinner. When we walked in the door the first thing I noticed was it was warm… Pretty warm inside a restaurant… What about the food? So, the three of us all ordered bowls which of course we all got different proteins. My husband got the sofritos, my best friend got the carne asada, and I got the chicken. I am the only one who got sick! I would definitely say that chicken was bad. Ugh I definitely won’t be eating Qdoba or chipotle anytime soon.

When I went in tonight the manager was visibly verbally berating her staff and guilting them about there being a “line” of only a couple people. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I will not be eating here again because of her behavior.

Out of town on mountain excursion, figured I would try the online route since I’m not familiar with anything around here. Made the mistake of doing a Google order. When I got to the establishment to pick up the order, they were still bagging it, but when they handed it to me, they said that half the things that I ordered weren’t available and they couldn’t do anything about it. So I guess I have to go through the Google process of getting my money back and getting half of the food that I ordered half of the way I wanted it because they didn’t have some of the items. Very strange way to do business I guess maybe because it was almost closing time.

Pretty disappointed. Went to get their new cheese crusted quesadilla, and not only did the girl not even know what it was or how to make it, i had to point to the big picture advertising it on the wall, and she had to keep stopping every step to reread it to figure out how to make it. Once it was finally done and I received it, it’s just disappointing and looks nothing like the advertised “cheese crusted” more like a little cheese sprinkled on it, and barely melted.

Seems like this store always has problems unfortunately. No chips, closing early on us, dirty tables, seemingly understaffed (the staff that are working usually seem stressed). Frustrating because it’s a good location. Other Qdobas usually aren’t like this. Shame.

Used to come here weekly about a year ago when job location made it convenient…it was great! Tried it again after holidays. Most of the veggies and couple sauces too low to put on my bowl (veggies are are BIG item for me). It’s not the end of the world, but with the higher prices, low quality food isn’t something I want to return for.
