We have 3 Qdoba’s within a couple miles of our house, and this is our go-to place now. The others have not kept up standards, while the food here is always consistent, the staff is super friendly, and service is fast. We don’t go to the other locations any more.

I placed a bigger order than just for a few people at 11:37am this morning. I received a confirmation email stating that it would be ready betweern 12:45 and 12:55 pm. When we went to go pick it up at 1:00pm, they said they had no record of the order. We showed them our confirmation and it obviously hadn’t even been started yet. It seemed like they had no clue what was going on.

I took one look at the counter and I should have never ordered. But I felt rude cause I already had them start an order. But the cleanliness is anything but. Just gross that at bare minimum at least make the area the food is in look clean. Not sure what is up with this company but had the same experience in monument CO. Qdoba has gone down hill. No more tries for this chain.

First off when I arrived it was just after 1230 they had almost nothing on the front line and I had to wait for them to restock for over a half an hour. Then when I use the restroom, it absolutely reeked and was filthy. Also the handle on the door is falling apart, and I almost trapped me in the bathroom. When I told someone about it, they just ignored me and went about what they were doing with skulls on their face. Very poor customer service, and obviously bad management.

Staff is untrained. Ordered a signature bowl (pick one and we do the rest) Surf and turf. I was asked multiple times what I would like on it and every time responded with “how it’s listed on the menu”. They ran out of shrimp and said it would be a few minutes so I paid and sat down. When my bowl was brought over none of the toppings had been added. Just rice, beans and meats. Disappointing as the bowl sounded like it was going to be tasty. Maybe I will have better luck at another location.
