The foods good it’s not hard to be just basically cordial and have limited customer service. It seems like every single person there feels like you’re annoying them and bothering them and it’s the culture that’s led by the manager. I don’t know her name she has dark hair thin, but every single person that works under her shift every time I girl has an attitude And it’s annoying so I just won’t spend anymore money there. I was going three times a week. Brother location in Indiana. I’ll drive all the way to 120th because it’s pretty decent. All the service is good.

I was pleased at the variety of options available, especially when it comes to customizing your entrees. Furthermore, two female employees, Gabby and Adriana if I remember right, we’re super chill and patient with me when I was trying to narrow down my choice. Not to mention, they were awesome at describing customizations and offering suggestions, which really made things easier. The freestyle machine was a nice touch, too!

stopped here for a late lunch and i have to say we were very disappointed. chips were EXTREMELY salty and i couldn’t tell for sure but it seemed like the queso was extra salty as well. even though there was plenty of meat in my boyfriend’s quesadilla one piece had so little meat, it almost wasn’t worth eating. a little more attention to detail would be great for the price we pay to eat here.

Qdoba does not get the recognition they deserve. This place has really good food! The staff are always courteous and know everything about the menu. The establishment is always clean and the refreshment area is kept clean as well. So far everything I have tried has been delicious every time I go!

I eat here regularly and the service and food is always great, but unfortunately today the chips on the side for my impossible nachos are stale. For a $16 meal this definitely was a bummer. I am Sceptical on ordering nachos next time!

Qdoba does nothing from scratch all the meat all the queso comes out of a bag. False advertisement. Nothing is seasoned by the line cooks, and it would appear their prep cooks need to be trained on proper hygiene .
