So very disappointed. 1st time ever here and sadly the last. Place was filthy, and deprived of any resemblance of care. Obviously the owner’s apathetic based on all these identical reviews over the course of months with still no resolve. If Chipotle is an option save yourself the disappointment. Flavorless, waste of my coin. Take out for entire family of 6 and no one enjoyed it – not even the kids! Adds to my lengthy list of franchises killed in Oklahoma solely by employees. The soft drinks were good though.

I called Tulsa hills location and asked if I could place an order over the phone bc my husband was in the hospital and I wanted to take him food. manager told me she had to have my credit card even though I was 5 minutes away and would not take my order I explained it’s not safe to drive and get cc out of purse while driving. I thought she could make an exception just once under the circumstances. I wasn’t placing a big order just a protein bowl and drink. I will never go their again they have lost my business not to mention this online ordering is not user friendly customers sb able to to place a pick up order over the phone. Very rude appartantly their not in the business to make money.

Uber Eats Driver here: I’m normally not a Karen that gets online and complains. Because I truly know how hard fast food work is, and understaffing can only exacerbate it. But I went up to the counter, said I’m picking up the order, and the girl said “well, it’s gonna be a few minutes.”

We have given this location 3 chances hoping it was just short staff issues that made this location so bad. Tonight there were 4 visible employees, all but 2 were just standing around. The lobby was filled with smoke when we walked in like they had burned something. Then we went to order, all of the following items were gone: black beans, steak, sautéd peppers and onions, lettuce and tea. What was left was the bottom of the container. No sense of urgency to take our order and no apologies for the missing items. After we paid full price for 1/2 a meal, we went to get our drinks and the drink station was sticky, almost everything was low including napkins, straws, etc. and no tea in the tea machine.

This is the worst restaurant experience I have ever had,came in as a family and they helped my wife and kid and left me standing behind them without helping me. Got to the point to check out and still handent helped me. Just an absolute disaster. Didn’t seem like there was a manager on duty. Horrible customer service. The kid couldn’t get their orders right. Was all over the place. Kept touching his face and glasses and hair. The place was filthy,tables were trashed,trash was piled to the tops of the trash cans.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have tried this place a few times because I work in the area. They need to shut this store down. I went in, the store is dirty, they do not greet you at all, I was there and got my food fully made and the system went down and they just left me standing there for 15 minutes and didn’t communicate anything, the women working was just sitting on the counter laughing. Another customer came in and wasn’t greeted and stood there for over 10 minutes and no one said anything to her and she eventually just walked out. I ended up leaving and told them I didn’t want the food anymore. Do not waste your time.

Employees had poor attitudes and seemed unfriendly. The tacos that we ordered were not prepared according to the menu. A very lackluster experience. I bought my girlfriend who had never had Qdoba expecting to show her a cool new place to eat. However this is the most poorly operated Qdoba I have ever been too. I was very disappointed and will not be returning to this location. Additionally food presentation was terrible please see my attached photo.

Wow! Incredible, helpful, polite staff, and amazing food! I highly recommend this place. It has a Chipotle feel but a different enough flare and quality to be a worthy competition! Very happy with the cleanliness and advanced soft drink dispensers. It has a very modern feel which I love too 🙂 All in all I’m happy I tried this place and will be back!
