If this store messes up your mobile pick up order, they will make you feel like you are trying to scam free food when you request to have an item remade. Was just told they would remake something for a customer, as a “one-time thing” and not honor any guarantees for future visits. Got it, you just told me not to come back.

Thursday August 24, 8:40 pm: long day, looking forward to Qdoba meal (I rarely eat out). I enter Qdoba and stand in front of the counter. There are three employees; none of them make eye contact or offer to help me in any way. One is working on a take out order, one is washing a wall, the other is refilling containers, very slowly.

We have been coming to this location for years. They are consistently good. One time I even had an issue and the manager called because I left a comment. That’s customer service, oh and his answer to my issue made sense. We will continue to come to this Qdoba.

We tried the franchise for the first time and was very pleased with the food and service. I tried the chicken queso bowl and loaded it with black beans, picco, sour cream, guacamole, jalapeños, shredded cheese, and white rice…. Definitely not low fat! The chicken was tender and very flavorful. I was pleased with my heaping portion and took half home for leftovers. The service was quick, and the employees were friendly. They reminded me to sign up for the app to receive coupons too.

QDOBA delivered a catering order for our group of 25. The ordering process worked well and it was pleasant dealing with the staff at this QDOBA location. The delivery person did a nice job setting up our order and arranging the warming trays above the sterno bottles so the food stayed nice and warm. The experience was a good one all the way around.
