Placed an order online for pick up. When I got back home and opened it, it was just rice beans and meat. The top of the container has the receipt with the rest of the ingredients that I ordered. Dont know how you put the top on when you see it clearly is missing items. Called the store and the manager said they can only do something if we go back into the store. I’m with the rest of the reviews that I won’t be back at this location

In the past I have had mildly unpleasant experiences at this Qdoba. But recently, especially today, the staff were incredible, very polite, welcoming, and efficient. The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh and well stocked, the soda fountain had syrup, and i didn’t have to ask for a bag or napkins. Very impressed with today’s crew! Keep up the good work guys! Will be back more often with service like that. And somebody give these people a raise, they deserve it!

Came in for an early lunch was surprised by how clean everything was. Very friendly staff, they made sure we were taken care of quickly and everything was right. Got a chicken bowl and the chicken was very flavorful and cooked to perfection, not chewy like I have experienced elsewhere. 5 stars. Thanks Paris and Amanda for making our food and great job by the new manager Larry!

All of the workers here are fantastic! I was blown away at their attention to detail, friendliness, and genuine care. The entire restaurant was extremely clean and everything was well stocked and tidy. Will definitely be coming to this location again! Unfortunately didn’t catch all of their names, but Paris, Larry, and two others were especially friendly and kind!

I use to love coming here, but the service hasn’t been the same for about a year or two now. No matter what day or time I go, they are always out of something. For how expensive the food is, you’d think they would be making fresh food throughout the day.

The manager that was on duty had a very snotty attitude and there was no difficulty, no crazy order, just a single bowl order and she acted like she didn’t want to do a thing and when I asked what one of the sauces were this seemed to annoy her terribly. The young man that actually prepared my order was super nice and friendly, the supervisor or manager that I’m speaking of rang me up. Overall attitude was just horrid and completely uncalled for. She basically acted like she was the boss and nothing can be done about her attitude.

I got a couple bowls from this location and the manager was nothing like a manager should be. She was cursing at the employees with people in the restaurant. She tried to deny me service because I was upset that I could no longer get something for free that I get everytime I go. The other two girl employees were super nice as always but it didn’t seem like they enjoyed their time there. Which makes sense because they were getting cursed at. Manager should face consequences.

We came here for dinner when it wasn’t busy and the service was horrible. We ordered 3 meals and had to correct them on the simple orders several times. One of the servers was even wearing headphones while we were trying to order and didn’t seem to care other about anything but getting out of the front. The food in the trays had been sitting out and had gotten cold and several of the trays were sitting with barely any food here.

This is the most ghetto and on organized, dirty, Qdoba and unfortunately the only one in Saint peters area. I always have something wrong with my order rather there is cross contamination or DoorDash and when I call or request a manager (always a new one ), there is never any record on file who I spoke with and they just went franchise so there is no corporate number to file a complaint with i have presented my reciepts as well and still have to spend even more money for poor service the staff has have an attitude. Most recently visited store and the young lady went to the extent to record me without my permission and turned into a back and forth for something I already paid for and complained about. Never again!!
