Place is dirty and it smells nasty. Employees working with attitude you work in Customer Service you chose a job so at least have a good attitude. Will be my last time going to this location it was better back then I don’t know what happened. Hope they trained their workers better on having a better attitude and cleaning their workspace.

The portion of rice and meat I got was so small and I’m not exaggerating. And the cholula hot and sweet chicken was literally just hot. My friend’s mouth was so hot and he was sweating . I’m sorry but it was nasty.

We walked past two employees who were outside smoking, And we stood at the register for quite some time before someone from the back came up. He said he normally doesn’t Make balls when he was going to learn with us that the normal Frontline people were outside. He was really nice. But it was ridiculous that we stood for as long as we did without ever being helped especially when the two out front saw us walk in. The restaurant was also kind of dirty.

I walked in at 9PM tonight after working all day and there was a man and woman working, neither greeted me at all and everything was packed up to be put away. I said hello to the woman and she proceeded to give me multiple dirty looks and i stood there for a minute and realized if i was ever going to be helped the food would taste horrible based on the service alone so i left. They don’t want to work and are closing up the store an hour before they close? I have worked in food service my whole life so i understand 30 minutes before close is pushing it but i was a whole hour early and they did not want to serve me and could not even say a hello. I’ll never come to this location let alone a Qdoba in general. Honestly so disappointed.

Came in during the MIDDLE OF THE DAY and they were completely out of almost all toppings. It was terrible customer service and there was no attempt to restock what was out, just a simple… we don’t have it. This location is consistently sub par and unapologetically so.

This has to be the worst location in all of Saint Louis, and that’s an already low bar. The staff here are so rude that their condescension is almost palpable. This woman kept saying “what’s next, what’s next, what’s next” without giving me any time to respond, becoming more and more exasperated as we moved down the line. Every ingredient was smacked down on the tortilla without any care or thought, and by the end she basically squished the burrito together into a gooey mess and started wrapping it into foil. I asked her multiple times to re-wrap it, to which I received no response. At the register I had the wherewithal to not pay until she at least responded to me. Finally, she got the extra tortilla while repeatedly badgering me “you can pay now, you can pay,” as she stuffed an extra tortilla into the bag, refusing to re-wrap it since it was “already in the foil.” I simply walked out without paying and left the food on the counter. An utter disgrace and a tragedy that QDOBA’s brand is this far down the gutter.

Disrespectful when we entered because the door was unlocked went to go use the bathroom The so-called manager kicked us out said that we weren’t allowed to use the bathroom because they were closed. Mind you it was 951 they close at 10 PM. We were only in there to use the bathroom. He proceeds to say how he’s the manager and that they are closed and that’s the end of the discussion. They so-called weren’t open all day, even though the door was unlocked. Once, when it hit 10 o’clock all the staff members exited the building immediately, even though they were supposedly not open all day.. If you weren’t open all day, why are you fully staffed?
