I’m starting to think this store has a policy where they skip certain ingredients when you order online so that they don’t run out for people who order inside. I didn’t get sour cream, guacamole, or vinaigrette with my salad. This is the 3rd time.

8/12 at 7:30 went in for carry out. The two employees were using small cups to scoop all the ingredients because they were trying to close early and were washing all the normal spoons. The younger of the two took about 10 minutes to make my order which was three items. I asked for brown rice and he said they only had white. Didn’t have hardly any veggies and wouldn’t make more. Kept asking me over and over what I wanted, couldn’t remember what I was ordering. Clearly didn’t care. “Wrapped” my burrito in a way that fell apart when I opened it. My 9 year old was looking at me with her mouth open wondering why I wasn’t freaking out. If I thought saying something to this kid would make a difference I would have. Earbud in one ear, makes me sad to think there’s hard workers out there trying to find work and then experience this. The other employee put three orders together around the other one while he was working on mine. Wasn’t going to say anything because I understand trying to close early but when I saw they close at 10 I had to say something. I go to this location about once a week. Super disappointed.

I used to like Qdoba more than Chipotle but this location doesn’t put together a good bowl. Why are the bell pepper pieces so huge? Chipotle assembles their food with way more care. And yes like others have said, missing ingredients every time.

every table dirty , took forever to get food, placing to go overs on top of my order. Legit would stop making my order to work on a to go. Guy stuck his hand down his butt with gloves on and then started to work on food again. Couldn’t figure out how to make change and had to dig to find the correct amount. Won’t be coming back to this one it’s disgusting.

Consistently getting orders wrong. Used to be a huge qdoba fan but their quality has went down hill. I myself have been working in kitchens for the past 6 years and can understand small mistakes but this establishment lacks a sense of caring and attention. At this point it has become a waste of money and they have lost my service.

This is my second time eating here. I haven’t ate here in a long time. The food was good for what I got. There was a lot of rice in the burrito I got and little of everything else. I liked the queso I got on the side. When getting forks, I noticed that the forks were all dirty on the backs… so I think they should look into doing a better cleaning job of that. All in all, friendly & helpful staff.

Dirtiest Qdoba I have been in. Check out picts. Every table in restaurant had food remains on and below it and the prep area was kindy of nasty… again check picts. The worst part was the guy who made my quesadilla put hardly anything on it. I had to stop him on the way to the press to request extra cheese and to add salsa. Check out the photo of almost half of the quesadilla missing food! The other half had a little more on it but nothing compared to normal. He didn’t ask about anything and tried to just add a little cheese and meat and run to the grill. I’m still really hungry, very rare for a Qdoda meal. I’m going somewhere to get more food. The soda machine’s screen was locked up. I just opted for tea because I couldn’t get the attention of the employee. I probably will never return here. First time I tried Qdoba and taste was bland for my palate. Bowl could have been better, lesser options. Quantity for bowl was also lesser compared to chipotle or Pancheros.
