I went in today and received a quarter of a scoop of rice and beans when I said something to the young kid behind the counter he said “sorry, that’s all we are allowed to give” if that’s true, why such a large spoon? Seems to me the manager is doing that to increase their profit margin.

I’ve been to the Arnold Commons location a few times simply for convenience sake and it’s never been great but tolerable. Today it was NOT. Silly me thought you had to order in the app to get rewards points (fyi you dont, theres a QR code in the app as it turns out) so I put it in and asked for extra of rice, beans, shredded cheese, sour cream, and the little crispy chips cuz in the past they REALLY skimped on it when I made it regular and it’s free. I WOULD have asked for extra of the liquid white cheese but its not an option in the app which is ridiculous, I’d even be willing to pay a little extra. Once again, even though my order specified extra, they skimped! On top of that my steak was 80% gristle which is just nasty. And for the trifecta? My food was COLD! I couldn’t even finish it. I will NEVER go back to this location again.

Not sure to go with 3 or 4 but I will be nice since mistakes happen all the time… First of all, I love Qdoba, but tonight I was very disappointed with our order and so was my son. It was delivered by Uber Eats but the app won’t let me click on the ratings there. So, my order was missing a large queso dip and my tortilla chip bag was not sealed shut and was barely half full therefore I didn’t have enough for my nachos. Typically, they give you more than enough… We cannot determine if the restaurant forgot our food and didn’t fill the bag or the driver ate it all… The plastic bag holding all items was simply tied shut at the handles. So, I guess it could go either way… otherwise we love the food, quality is great and service is fast… I would note that the protein portions are very small but the entire bowl was nearly full and my son’s burrito was rather large as usual… I would include picture of the half full tortilla chips bag but I didn’t realize it was so much lower than before until I ran out and still had a little less than half of my nacho bowl left… better luck next time I hope… today was not my best day overall…

If you are going to charge extra for double meat you should be giving double meat. Workers here act like you are putting them through the pain of a 1000 suns whenever you ask for double meat. Yes, I am fine with the upcharge, I’m not fine with you then being hyperspecific with the helpings so it still works out to a single helping of meat. Ridiculous.

Going to QDoba was a great pick for a quick dinner to order from three very nice workers that took there time to be sure that I was able to get what I wanted for dinner. While checking out even had a great sense of humor to complete my order and pay. Had a very good time there and the food was also a expected, all was really good and the chicken bowl was really good. Chips there were fresh and tasty. Enjoyed my dinner and time there.

This is the worse Qdoba I’ve ever been to. My wife’s quesadilla was burnt, my tacos completely fell apart and the lady taking payment was completely rude. Will not be coming to this location again.
