I used to always eat Chipolte until my son said you need to try QDOBA. The people are so nice. I asked for my rice to be on the side. If you ask for extra veggies, it’s free. There are so many options and always fresh. Plus, the people at both locations in Wausau and Madison are friendly and so helpful. I really enjoy eating there, and the bowls are bigger.

Service always unpredictable. Sometimes you get the person who’s really nice, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. That’s more often than not. But sometimes you get someone with an ax to grind and literally hates you as you ask politely for the spicy queso.

Brisket Barria bowl…I was starving and dug right in…almost forgot to take a pic. Chips were good for dipping, wish they were a little salty . Long line, will order online next visit. Cashier washes hands and changes gloves between every customer time consuming but sanitary! I enjoyed the food.

I got here at about 11:45 or so to eat an early lunch. I ended up going with the Mango Shrimp and honestly, I wouldn’t have eaten it if I wasn’t in a strict time crunch with no alternative for several hours.

The ladies working the serving counter were honestly excellent however the Manager in the bright green shirt was rude, Blunt and disrespectful, on top of acting like he did not have time to stop to address my questions. Also the prices on the menu should be representative of that at the register: when you get chips and salsa, a.k.a. a large pico de gallo it shouldn’t be more than the chips and salsa listed on the menu that were $4.39 not some larger “catering price” as I was told by the manager

I think these photos should speak for themselves. I have never been to a more filthy Qdoba or food establishment for that matter. Upon showing up the restaurant the garbage was overflowing. As we ordered our food the process was very rushed. The change machine didn’t work to give correct change when paying (also there was a handwritten sign on the door stating “cash only”). The soda machine maybe had 4 options. Not one single table was clean to sit at, meanwhile, the staff (4 people) were all standing around chatting. They also proceeded to all sit at a table and eat food that was sitting there when we walked in. If you’re advertising 17/hour wage then your employees should be cleaning the restaurant during down time, ESPECIALLY the restrooms. Both the men’s and women’s restrooms were filthy and smelly. Garbages overflowing, toilet paper dispenser broken, a random water pale? Honestly just unbelievable. I wish I would have seen the restroom before ordering my food, if I had, we would NOT have eaten here. Hopeful for no food poisoning. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND, respectfully.

When I say I have never had someone scoop a half ladel of queso then pour half that back!! Literally gave me ALMOST a tbl sp of cheese. Half a scoop of meat, like fr. Never again! It was almost like a joke you would see on a movie. Don’t waste your money. Find a different location.

Qdoba’s flavor is fresh and the quality is great. I have a lot of food sensitivities so it’s perfect to be able to choose the ingredients in my meal. Plus the chips and Guac are free! You don’t find that much anymore. I had enough chips (and burrito bowl) to take some home for a snack. If the chips get a little stale or soft after bringing them home and you want to bring them back to life, just pop them in the oven on 350° or 400° for a couple minutes and they come out crispy with a fresh toasty flavor. I highly recommend Qdoba!

Qdoba has been a favorite of mine for awhile up until today.. I got my order for delivery and when I received my order my burrito bowl was missing the lettuce that I asked for in my bowl. I was okay with not having lettuce but then was absolutely disgusted to find a piece of plastic of some sort STUCK to a piece of my steak in my bowl… I’m not sure what it is, kind of looks like a bandage but I was so grossed out after eating majority of my bowl to find this in there. I’ve always enjoyed getting food from Qdoba but I think this was the last time for me considering I found this in my food.
