I love this new location! The outside seating area is really nice, more than enough parking. I cant wait for it to warm up so I can enjoy lunch or dinner on their patio. The staff was super nice each time I’ve gone. I wish I had gotten there names but the ladies & the manager are very pleasant & very helpful. You can tell they enjoy working together because everyone always have smiles on their face and they even talk to each other! I hope they keep up the great work and continue to give smiles! I literally go once a week sometimes 2 times a week because the service and food is great!

Decided to give this place a couple chances before reviewing. Went through the drive through and half of the ingredients I asked for were missing or so little I couldn’t taste them. To top it off there was a very large and hard log-like chip in my burrito that I almost chipped my tooth on. I won’t be be back and will encourage the rest of by family not to either.

It was a pleasant experience in this restaurant, the food is very delicious, the staff is very qualified for their jobs. As one of their former workers of that restaurant I can say that everything is very clean and organized by his manager and their good employees. All of them trained to serve in a pleasant way to the customer, I hope they keep growing!

Qdoba food tastes great, but the staff at this new location need training. One time, our order wasn’t sitting on the take-out shelf, under the lights. Responses: “1. You’ve got the wrong Qdoba; 2. You must not have checked out on the app; 3. I’ll go check the computer; 4. Oh, here it is on the back counter.” Another time, the assistant manager didn’t let the staff complete our pre-paid mobile order because we’d customized a “featured” item. While answering the questions from the manager Kevin, he got childishly defensive.

If I could give this negative ten stars I would. I gave this location FIVE tries to get better and they never did. Do NOT go through the drive thru . My burrito was the size of my PINKY finger . None of the ingredients tasted good and it makes me put Qdoba in a 6-8 month time out where I don’t go there because I’m just so disappointed. I will not go to this janky location again !

Ever since I first started going to this new location on 27th and College I have been put off by how the manager says (in the drive-thru nonetheless?!)… “you have the option to leave a tip of xx percent, xx percent, etc.” I always decline. Well last week a woman helped me in the drive-thru, wasn’t the manager this time, and she so conveniently added an unauthorized tip to my order! She rounded my order up from $19.19 to an even $21. Of course she didn’t offer me a receipt on that occasion. Good thing I requested one! I really could not believe it. But given the manager’s persistence in collecting tips, I am not surprised at all to see they are now adding illegal tips, so essentially stealing from customers and hoping they won’t catch it. I am being refunded my $1.81 but getting the refund is not that big of a deal; it’s the principle of the matter. Truly repulsive. Be leary of this location’s shady practices.

Sadly, I was disappointed with my order. I went through the drive thru and when I got home I knew something was not right when I saw the size of the burrito. I ordered a burrito and there was no salsa, cheese and sour cream in it. There was also maybe 5 peices of lettuce. What was in it was chicken and rice.

This is a brand new location and it shows! Very clean and fresh when we came in. The employees were very nice and helpful. You could tell they were newer as the burritos kind of fell apart, but with more hours and practice those burritos will be perfect. Great first experience at a new location! I’ll def be a regular after moving to the neighborhood
