Ordered chips and queso paid $5.05 and got a little plastic cup of cheese and maybe 20 chips. The bearded gentleman argued and said I ordered a side of chips and dip. After asking to have more chips he said no. Maybe he should try to read a order correctly. I would appreciate a refund on the chips I paid for. Update now it’s been over a week and I’ve gotten no response from Qdoba at all to take care of this matter. The google ID number is a joke it sends you to a web page that doesn’t respond to you!!! I even emailed the website twice and got no response to help me resolve my issue. Very disappointed.. oh and you will NOT BE SEEING ME SOON… update now it’s been like 3 weeks and I still haven’t been compensated for there mistake. I was told certificates were mailed to me and I never received anything!! I’m so mad at how this is being handled!! I just want my refund!!!

Generally disorganized for the last hour of being open. Out of fajita veggies but didn’t tell me until the dish already had protein and cheese on it(steak fajita quesadilla). Gave the tiniest cup of quac for the quesadilla on the side, barely enough to spread on one slice. When asking for more they only offered another tiny cup. Chips arent cooked properly-flimsy.

First time at this site. Felt like I was being rushed through the line, though no one was behind me. Servers seemed uninterested, bothered. Then, I had to wait a while to get my food and pay. Shocked at the price for what I got – which was overly salty yet bland. Disappointing – not what I was expecting. For sure won’t be returning.

Where to begin? This was my first time to a qdoba in years and well it will most likely will be my last. No prices on the menu for any of the food. No topping selection anywhere on the menu. Rushed through the order line like i was on a conveyor belt. Being as this was my first time here I have know idea how or what to order. The menu says 3 tacos, bowl, 3 cheese nachos and so on. Like have some kind of description and price so I know what to order. The 3 bite size tacos were just that bite size. The handful of chips for my nachos was just a hand full. I got all of this plus a soda for just under $20. Oh and I was still a little hungry too.
