I am always satisfied by the quality of service we receive when we visit Qdoba on Hamilton, but what we experienced today was worthy of a review. I watched a team of two, maybe a third hidden in the back working behind the scenes, put an entire College Baseball team through the line, without missing a beat. There had to have been at least 30 people and they were all seated and eating in about 10 minutes! The team was well composed, provided excellent service and made sure everything was hot and fresh! You don’t see that every day! Maritza and Jesse, job well done!

Careful when your eating here, I got a burrito and chips. The burrito had a peice of plastic in it. This was my first time trying it will not be eating here again.

Generally have pretty good luck here. The fresh lime salt chips are quite good, so I generally get nachos with chips on the side. It’s just one entree price, but you get a bit more in the bowl without the chips being in there and then they won’t get soggy either. Ingredients are fresh, portions a decent, and your meal can be whipped up pretty quick. Place is usually fairly clean, and I find most staff friendly and helpful if needed as well. As with most places, consistency can vary as far as portions, service, but over all, mostly good here. I would certainly give this place a try if you haven’t to see what your own thoughts are.

Lobby was filthy. bathroom was disgusting floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in 3 weeks this place needs shutdown and deep cleaned for 2 days before somone gets sick!

Ordered an online order and with lettuce on both bowls as well as sour cream, and when we picked it up there was absolutely no lettuce or sour cream. Tried to call to ask if they could fix it, but no one picked up the phone. Normally our Qdoba orders are good, but quality has gone down a lot recently .

I usually don’t leave reviews but I will give credit where it’s due. I like going to Qdoba because of the service they provide especially Maritza she’s always in a good mood and always has a smile on her face when I go .The food is always on point and the cookies there are the best!!
