Normally, no issues here when I order in person, I like coming here because it’s convenient… I’m not sure if people who order ahead get the short end of the stick, but the photo attached is the peppers added to my bowl. These aren’t sautéed, this are burned beyond being food anymore. It was not busy at all when I showed up and this could have easily been avoided. It’s ash, and my all order tastes like it. This should have never made it to plate, do better Grandville Qdoba.

Zero Stars. This specific location can NEVER get a simple order right… Thanks for forgetting to add the steak i purchased and too much under cooked rice… Also, next time, maybe just say you ran out of cilantro instead of serving whatever gross “cilantro” you mixed in with your rice today. Definitely not returning.

The Grandville Qdoba is always dirty. From the floors, smudges on the doors, to all the tables. Today I ordered a bowl and the fajitas veggies are raw, and there was a piece of plastic in it. I am terribly disappointed in this Qdoba. I never even sit in the restaurant because I feel gross and dirty.

I’m not one to complain almost ever but this was the most disappointing purchase ever. Got skimped on everything when I ordered a bowl and got about have a serving. When I asked for lettuce I got like half a handful and I asked for more and the guy added like a few extra shreds. I used to get way more from here but I guess there’s new management or something. Hopefully Chipotle isn’t doing the same thing, because that’s where I’ll be going now.

Young man taking my order was very rude to me and the lady in front of me. It took him 3 minutes before he acknowledged she was there while he was making online orders. She asked for a chicken burrito and he told her very curtly that she needs to say what rice she wants first not the meat.

Favorite fast food … Delicious! Good value, made fresh and however you want it. The workers seem friendly, helpful and efficient. The small bowl makes a great meal and the large makes two! Especially with chips & queso. My fav is the steak bowl with fajita veggies, queso, and all the other goodies! Love that a scoop of guac (or two) is included in the price. Yum!

Never coming back to this location. They are only allowed to give you a sprinkle of cheese. It’s the new rule. If you ask for a little bit more they charge $1.25. Very upsetting!!

The worker that’s preparing orders needs to learn customer service skills, being rude to customers is unacceptable. This is not the first time that he has been very rude. But maybe he shouldn’t be with customers he should be cooking the food so he isn’t around customers.

Staff was very friendly and made the food delicious and quickly. Even when it got REALLY busy at lunch time. My only slight complaint is that there was not a trash can near one of the doors & our table & windows were not super clean.
