The staff was far from friendly. The whole store was filthy. The food had no flavor an the chips that they are so famous for turned to dough when you chew them. This is one of my favorite places to eat but I will never go back to this location. We couldn’t even get through the food before it started to make us sick. Even the soda machine was gross an tasted flat an without flavor.

AMAZING! I have been going to this location for a while now and each time has had its issues but this last time was amazing! When I walked in I saw the line and I knew I was gonna be here for a long time but the team was in rhythm! They busted through the line with incredible customer service. I am incredibly impressed!

A lot of the food seemed like it was overcooked. And the portion sizes were smaller than the half size I asked for. The lettuce wasn’t fresh and there were no cooked vegetables available. No one had even started to begin on making those just in case there were other customers besides me who wanted some. Also I noticed when preparing the food, the woman was leaned over a lot, not noticing she was dragging her shirt across the food counter, hence on top of MY food. I can’t complain about her attitude because she was really nice but I probably won’t be back, sorry.

Showed up at 945p on a Saturday, they were pulling out fresh rice, chicken, ground beef, and queso, which was a great surprise. After that, the employees hooked it up with large portions of everything and it was delicious. Great Qdoba location. 5 stars.

I have been going to this Qdoba pretty regularly for the last year, in the last month or two there has been a large turnover in staff and there is a a noticeable improvement in the atmosphere and service. Nice job on the new hires, the team seems significantly more cohesive and content than the prior staff.

Great food but terrible service! They had opened 10 minutes before I got there and they didn’t have anything ready on the line or even have the open sign on. Only 1 lady was working the line and it took 20 minutes to get my food made. There were 3 workers in the back not helping at all. One guy said he would come help and continued to walk around and then cook things on the stove rather than help the line of 5 people who had been waiting for 15 minutes. It’s a shame this place has such bad service and has for years now. It used to be one of the best Qdobas around but now I would rather drive 10-15 minutes away to get my food with good service. I hope this gets to someone who can change things around. Thanks.

This Qdoba use to be amazing. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I came in tonight for dinner with my family and they were incredibly unprofessional. The “create your own” is no longer create your own. It’s entirely based on what they allow you to get and not how you like it. When I went to pay for my food, my mom let her know my brothers food was separate from mine, the girl at the register rolled her eyes and said “I just asked a question, but okay”. My mom spoke just loud enough for her to hear her from the other end of the bar, after being told she couldn’t have nacho with rice, she would have to do a burrito bowl and buy her chips separately. This place has gone down hill and I am incredibly unimpressed. I have been coming here since they opened. I likely will not return.

They only handle walk in orders. They are put off online orders for 30 minutes after the stated times. They said they didn’t have shrimp while it was on the grill being cooked. Asked for a refund. They said it would be 30 minutes they were too busy. Worst Qdoba in Kalamazoo. Sometimes you just have to wait for a place to go out of business.

Terrible, the store was filthy, found 1 reasonably clean table. The prep area was covered in food scraps the burners had burnt on food everywhere. The portion sizes were the smallest I think I’ve seen. If this place hasn’t had a visit from a health inspector lately then it needs one.
