I went in for a burrito bowl this evening, and what a miserable experience it was. The manager took my order, but it was almost like I wasn’t even there. She didn’t greet me or listen to my requests, and the rest of the staff were also inattentive. They were rushing me out the door, just like the manager. This wasn’t the first time this had happened, either. When I got home, the food was just a pile of mush. I don’t understand why they would treat a paying customer with such disrespect. My advice: listen to all the bad reviews you see here because they are all true. Stay away from this store and give your hard-earned dollars to another business that is grateful for your patronage.

We went in at about noon so they’ve been open for at least long enough for the food to be warm I got 3 corn shell tacos. I was the only person in line and the lady working was in such a hurry to get me through that she didn’t cook the shells so they were soft and had fallen apart by the time I got home 10 min later. The chicken was cold and chewy so I couldn’t even eat it. The shells fell completley apart so I had to throw it away. Waste of money and I’m still starving.

I love the 6.99 burrito deal they have 4:30 to close its cheaper than anywhere else, and the portions are huge. Awesome deal.

Kate, Bri, Maddie, and Brayden worked together to make some sick meals for me and my fellow friends. What a beautiful night to enjoy a nice bowl from Qdoba. I recommend this Qdoba in Okemos if you’d like to have a good experience with your food.

I usually love Qdoba, but I was thoroughly not impressed today. The best part of my purchase was the Ice Tea. Something in the dish tasted almost….spoiled. I probably should have expressed it to them so they could investigate, but I wasn’t looking for a replacement or refund, so I just left.

The owner should send in someone in plain clothes just to see how poorly the blonde manager treats some of her employees and customers and how she sits down with some teenage girls all the time and let’s them go into the back

Manager is extremely rude. When an order is made wrong she asks me what should they do, just throw it in the garbage…it’s customers who pay their salaries. Paying customers are owed respect. This is the 2nd negative encounter with the same manager. The owner must be a real piece of work to have such lousy, rude and disgusting staff even after seeing these complaints regarding the same manager numerous times. Do not support this business. After the interaction they shut off the lights above where we were eating stating they they shut off light 30 minutes prior to close, but no others lights were turned off except those above us. Not to mention she kept glaring at me, making nasty faces as I ate. What rubbish.
