Horrible service always. The only person I will shout out my name is TY which she is leaving away for school soon. Customer service is horrible. Me and my friend come here all the time and try to get impossible meat, they never have any after 4pm it seems like and if they do, it’s burnt. Don’t understand how they are still at this point with horrible workers with bad attitudes and food is just not good. Enough is enough. This was my last time coming today. Manager had to give me a free coupon last time. It’s just unacceptable. All meats should be in stock all day, fresh and not burnt. Me or my family will no longer support and we are known my face and what we order because it’s always the same.

Ordered pick up through door dash and tried to cancel because 2 items were accidentally ordered. Was told they couldn’t cancel and I needed to contact door dash which was fine. Person who was on the phone then proceeded to tell me that my order was already made even though it had been literally 2 minutes since I placed the order. If I needed to contact door dash since it was ordered though them that is fine but to lie to me and state it was already made was not okay. Not only that but the rice in my bowl was crunchy and was not fully cooked. Will never visit this location again.

Though I’m glad my online order was ready at the quoted time and I did not have to wait 30+ min like before, I’m still very disappointed. At least before my food was edible but this time, everything was dry as a desert (meat, fajita peppers, etc). I tried adding my own salsa and guacamole (their guacamole had no flavor) from home to my quesadilla & nachos since I was given no salsa and no queso on nachos and everything was so bland and flavorless….but there was nothing I could do to doctor it up and make it edible. Wasted over $20. This location is pretty much right across the street so I wanted to give them another try as the reviews on the next 2 closest locations aren’t so great either. But it appears I just have to be done with Qdoba altogether. Guess I’ll just get carry out at an actual Mexican restaurant or dine in when i get a craving. I’d rather pay more to dine in at a restaurant and at least have the opportunity to have food sent back if it’s wrong or inedible instead of wasting my money.

I ordered a bowl and burrito. The lady behind the counter was rude and seemed not to care about my order. The brown rice in the burrito was still crunchy(undercooked), while the white rice in the bowl was mushy. I asked for slightly more fajita veggies in my bowl, and the lady said I could only have a tiny amount. I said I would pay for extra, and she responded by saying no we would have to make more. Everything apart from the rice was good.

Went in with money in hand, place was empty & they told they are busy doing online orders for the next 15 minutes I’ve worked at Chipotle & it takes 1 minute to make a burrito. Left and won’t be back for awhile. You need new management here.

It was so messy in there it gave me anxiety. corn, queso, lettuce, meat just scattered around. The lettuce was turning red, i asked for FRESH lettuce and the woman had such an attitude i had to just walk away.

All the tables and the floors were dirty. The employees all looked miserable. Also, they were standing around talking, I would have liked to see them at least clean a table or too.

The brown rice has been served raw to us at least twice. It’s hard as a rock. Brown rice needs to be cooked longer than white rice. And white rice is over cooked. I’m guessing the workers are mixing up the cooking settings for the rice.
